i am male 21, i am suffering from neck muscle pain, it is due to my bad posture while studying sitting , my pain goes up in my head and cause back side headache, im trying to improve my posture. My question is that, is there any madicine that could help me. I feel whole day pain and light head at back side of my head, i am suffering from last 1 year

hey frnz, im 22 years old. i dont do any exercise but i take proper diet like proteins minerals and calcium . we i was at age of 18 years i was healthy but today my health is on worse stage. i have so many health issues like, headaches,neck pain,back pain,sinus allergies ,deviated nasal septum,my face is full of acne and pimples,thin and damaged hair, falling hair,scalp hurts,week memory (i usually forget my study topics soon) one side jaw pain while eating,week immune system, CONSTIPATION, some time chest pain,, i have done all the tests but all tests reports are okk, i body looks very week even my frnz tell me that im being so week, dont know wats happening ,im fully depressed ,, any advice except go to doctor
