There was a cyclist the opposite side of the road who got into the far left lane of traffic on a busy road and hand signaled a left turn; this whole intersection is no left turns (its New Jersey). Then when the light turns green, he doesn t yield to me and makes the turn anyway. Is this in any way right to do so on a busy road?

Yesterday I was in a very heavy traffic jam (literally moving at snails pace) and someone was exiting the highway and went past the yield sign and pulled up just in front of me with the left blinker on pretty much at the end of his lane. I kinda felt like I had no choice but to just let him in. Then the car behind me honks twice, and is gesturing me move forward, which I really couldn't do before anyway because no one was moving in the first place. I ended up letting him in because I didn't wanna leave him stranded at the end of the merge, but I was right for doing it?

I had a credit card payment due on Sunday, May 1st. I submitted a payment online Friday, April 29th, completely forgetting payments wouldn't be processed over the weekend. This morning I looked in my bank account and I have no pending charges still. Am I gonna get a late fee?
