My Dad recently passed away and was in the process of making his will... He lived in Washington State and was gifted his property prior to getting married... He was also in the process of filing for divorice and my step mom is now refusing to honor my dads wishes... She believes she should get his estate since Washington is a community property state. Anyone have any idea on how this works does the state recognize that he intended on dividing his estate equally?

I just found out today my dads cancer is stage 4 and the doc's say he may only have a few months left :( If anyone has gone through this what should I expect? and how can I show the greatest support?

My cat looks like he may have been bit by a raccoon (raccoon family took up residence under our house) He is a little sluggish but still eating and seems to be resting. I cant afford to take him to the vet right now is there any cheap remedies to help him feel better?

My 4 year old step son has become very angry over the past few months, His biological mom left when he was 1 1/2 his father was given sole custody shortly after she left and she was given visitation rights every other weekend. She suffers from borderline personality Disorder and has in the past 2 years had multiple suicide attempts including 1 in front of our 4yr old and his brother (who we also have custody of) She started seeing therapy and for awhile we thought she was stable. Recently the 4 yr old has been coming back from visits with her angry and saying things like he hates himself and he wants to hurt himself. He told us his mom says he hurts her feelings that he loves me and he cant have me as his mom too. She is making him feel responsible for his feelings. I want to help him but he is showing more and more anger with me. I have tried over and over talking to his mom but she hangs up or doesn't answer she is paranoid and accuses me of harassment when I send her emails. What and how is the best way to help him? We are in the process of getting supervised visits.

I am not the kind of girl who wants pitty or plays the victim I know I have my own faults I am not perfect. I am wondering if things can get better between my husband and I and how I can help, He has 2 boys 4 and 5 I have a 5 year old daughter... I love him but I don;t feel like he Truly loves and cares about me he gets so frustrated and annoyed with everything I do the other night after sex I drank his water and he got so mad stood behind me while I was drinking it and made a sarcastic remark... I try to be the best wife I can but I feel like every time I give a little he wants more, no matter what he keeps finding something new that is bothering him about me... My uncle just passed of lung cancer and my dad has throat cancer and a black spot on one of his lungs 2 time with throat cancer and I had a nightmare there was no heaven and that fear has been haunting me I cant sleep and barely eat and have given up smoking on my 3rd day I quit after seeing my uncle die and in his casket I am afraid to die because I have lost my spiritual beliefs
