If I try to format my HHD can I repair the issue, I know that I will loose all that I have on it but I just need a good working HHD. The MFT issue will happen again?

I installed IE10 into my W7 OS and recently on certain sites my browser is saying that an adds on failed to run on this site. I checks adobe adds on and it's enable, installed the latest java updates and when I check if I'm running the latest updates of Adobe it's says yes from their official site. I tried to repair my browser and even uninstall and re-install it and still the problem happened. I'm short of any further ideas what to do and strange enough on my other OS W8 everything works well. I know that IE10 into W8 Adobe is build in it. I tried other browsers like Chrome and Firefox and all works well. What can I check to try to solve this issue. Thanks

If I change the Hard drive it will let me use the recovery partition to bring my laptop as new or I need to purchase a recovery disk or new OS. From the Bios my hard disk is dead (not shown at all) and when I checked it on another pc via a usb cable many bad sectors were found.

i installed windows 7 ultimate and there were not sound so I installed a realtek sound card driver and the problem was solve but after i switched off the pc and switch it on again i lost it .I had to reinstall the driver again.can one give an advice how to solve this problem
