We have a house picked out and have already made offer they have countered. Now if we accept I have down payment money and closing cost money. I won't be able to close for two months have things going on but I'm going to put 500 deposit. Other than the deposit will there be any other cost out of pocket or is it all included in closing.

Ok i have to kids and married i make 40 to 52000 a year depends on overtime. Wife makes 30000 a year. We only been getting 3000 or so back in returns. My neighbors the wife dosent work and the husband works for 10$ an hour and is volinteer fireman they have two kids and got 10000 this year and 12500 last year. Now a friend of mine is on foodstamps doesnt work his wife doent work and they have two kids and get more back then my neighbors. Who does this happen. I put in almost 7000 in federal taxes. How is it that they get so much then act like they are rich for a few weeks.

I have a 6 month year old beagle. really good bloodlines. 9 out of 14 members of his family are all fc. he does good if I have a rabbit let lose for him. if he loses it he will bark on a trail sometimes. he will go nuts when the rabbit is in the cage. then when I let it loose he will chase it barkin. and like I said he will smell around and bark on the trail. now it's just trying to get him to find a trail himself and started track in that way. I just don't know how to get 'em started on that. Im new it training beagles but I've been around on my whole life. any suggestions on how to get 'em going

Now I herd that u can train a beagle as had as u can but its all genetic and it either they have it or they don't. I have a 12 week pup and been takinsg him to a beagle club. Letting run around he alwaysa has his nose down and he will go off into the brush so he acts intrested but he hasn't actually seen a rabbit now my question is is it to exspose him to a tamed rabbit. He has a really awesome blood line for rabbit hunting comes from a great family big award winning dogs. Should there be any reason y he would be a good dog for hunting

i shot at a bear with my bow at 40 yards and miss just over his back. he ran about 20 yards out and it didnt really bother him. do u can he would make his way back threw. ive hunted there for 12 years and never seen or herd of a bear being around . i just want another cracck at him.
