when my wife gets sleepy her entire body starts convulsing?
she is just shy of her third trimester, and this began when she got pregnant. all of our ultrasounds and regular appointments have so far come up clean, and it only happens when she is tired. she doesn't have any pain from it, and is lucid the entire time. a better way of describing it is a rapid contraction of the muscles in her legs and upper arms. when she falls asleep, they end.
