I was driving my friends home because my brother had classes in the morning and went to sleep. My brothers car had a malfunctioning left head light which caused me to get pulled over. I do not own a license, however I was just going to start my 8 Hour Drug/Alcohol Safe Driving Program mandatory classes this following weekend.

Now my question is, how long am I going to have to wait to get my license now? I live in CT.

Can I just set them in the washing machine or should I get a bucket and fill it with detergent and just scrub them?

Ok well today I was sitting at home after I got home from school and so my brother and my dad went to go to a university.

All of a sudden I'm about half way through when my Dad is banging on the door screaming he hit me and such. he comes in and I go into my room, because this has previously happened and the cops were called. My brother comes in they begin fighting and then all of a sudden my dad breaks something my brother decides to run off in his car to my Mom's place.

My brother's car was bought for him by my Dad and it is a very nice car, Pontiac G6 for about 12k USD. Even though before that he broke one my Dad's car's windshields with a hammer.

So anyways my Dad starts screaming at my Mom it's all her fault and a ton of stuff went on. Also I would like to mention my Dad has beaten me fairly hard, because one time I jokingly called him Muslim (He is racist towards them, and I think he feels that way because well he is pretty much very racist at times. I can't stand it at times, other times I just let it go.)

What should I do? Is this Domestic Violence. Sorry if this is hard to follow, but I'm kind of really angry/emotional since every time something goes good in my life this sort of thing happens. I'm doing pretty decent in school and going to the gym everyday and taking Kaplan SAT classes.
