I have terrible genetics for muscle...I eat as much as I can but it all goes to belly fat and I do 100 push-ups and my arms are as thin as rails. I have 2" wrists across the top. Help?!

I want to have buff muscles. Unfortunately I have a tiny frame and have always been skinny. I tried to gain weight successfully but it only put fat on my stomach and my arms still are extremely thin. I'm only 15...5'5 (short) and now 130 lbs advice??

Okay. So I want to do track but I couldn't this year because I need surgery so I'll do it next spring. I never done it before and want to know what its like. Most everyone does either a sport or drama in my grade and I haven't done anything so far yet at all. I am a freshman in high school currently

I am not aware of any relationships in my grade. I have never seen anybody kiss each other or anything and i never was aware.

Note I have 124 people in my grade and i'm in ninth grade

Most of the kids in school do some sort of sport. I have never done one, middle school, high school etc. I am in 10th grade and was thinking about doing track in the spring. What do i have to do to achieve this? And what exactly does it mean to "do a sport" - like is it competitive or what? I really have to do something as I never did any other things like drama or a club....

I have never had a boyfriend/girlfriend

I have never done sports or instruments

I have never had social media

I can't find decent clubs

I have never had a friend over

I don't have a cell phone

I just want to know the average amount of relationships people had. Then say how many times they have kissed or had sex and when their first kiss was....

I'm in high school and there is one person in my grade who has had sex and there are three people with bfs/gfs. I do not live in a small town and wonder why this is....

ok so i'm in 10th grade. I have a lot of friends at school, but i never can get them to hang out outside of school. i really want to. i never did sports, nor instruments. i never had a boyfriend or girlfriend (i'm bi) or first kiss. i really want to have more experiences - i've never even been invited to a high school party.

i try to hang out with all sorts of people but i still don't know what to do. please give me advice on how to make even more friends.
