You only get abs through a good diet and exercise that you can stick to. There's no specific one-way to do this for abs, reducing your BF % and ab work outs will work. Reduce sugar and salt intake - they make you gain weight. Eat more fruit and veg. Water is your best friend. These reduce your BF, running is also a good idea to burn it faster, or weights if you want to bulk as well.
Ab exercises can include crunches, sit-ups and leg raises. I do these on a regular basis and change it weekly. Do 5 sets and you can start with say 15 reps, increase it when the intensity gets too easy. Your abs in particular recover quite quickly compared to your other muscles so you'll be able to work on them more often.

U r not that person with abs we r each unique and our body's r too the best way for u to get abs is cardio and a healthy diet.

Look, if you want to lose weight quickly, you are going to need a specific, science based program that has proven to work.
Personally, I have used The 3 Week Diet and had excellent results with it. I lost 17 pounds in only 21 days with it, and I have managed to keep that weight off for months.
