Ok so my aunt has about 5 pimple things on her back but theirs red like blood red. Does anyone know what that could be? Please help

so every time i go a tattoo i was always high on bars. i want another one but im cared of the pain. is there a way to help with the pain without bars? NO RUDE COMMENTS PLZ.

2 weeks ago my cousin got a lip piercing at a tattoo parlor. not all around the piercing her skin is red and a little yellowish. she said on the inside it feels like there is a ball. it happened before to a friend of mine and not her piercing is healthy but she wont say what she did. my cousin refuses to take it off tho. does anyone know how o clean it and get rid of the ball?
