I am just curious to see when and where a guy wears a jockstrap. Is it like an everyday item or just once in a while?

So I need some help from someone who knows what they do at the gym :)) I need some suggestions for effective workout routines for muscle building for beginners like me. What equipment should I use what exercises should I do?

I need help buying a steam generator that will last. I recently bought a “philips perfectCare Viva GC7054 and every time after 10 minutes of use, it started to drip from the soleplate. 

So I need a new one since this one is really frustrating to use because of the water that gets on the clothes. 

Which steam generator is the best that doesn’t drip after 10 minutes. (Budget around 150-200€)

What would you choose between an Audi A4 (2010) and a VW Golf 7 and why. Both with 2L Diesel engines, automatic transmission. Max budget is 10.000€. The car is mostly going to be used in the city. 

If you had to buy one: Audi A4, VW golf 7, Mercedes A-classe, Citroen DS 5. (All automatic transmission). Taking in consideration it will mostly be used in the city and fuel consumption needs to be low. Which one should be the best and why? Max budget is 9-10 000€. 

So I’m 19 y.o. Male, about 175cm and 64kg. I would like to put on some weight around my arms, thighs and waist. What should I do or what protein could be the best for me? (Also I don’t go to a gym) 

Am I the only one who cuts out the inside half of the lining in my underwear? Like what’s the point in having it?

I don't know what to do because I love him and I live with him and also he is the one who brings the money in. We have been together for 8 months now. I only have one key to the car. The key starts the car perfectly, but won t lock the car or open the trunk. I can only unlock the car with the key, and I have to lock the car manually with the plastic key that s inside the fob. What could be the problem?
