I've had a swollen abdomen the last few months and I can't understand why, I went and had an ultrasound on my uterus and all that area and it was fine, my stomach just never gets flat and that's really weird for me. I also get a bit of a dull pain on the left side, like two inches from my belly button and sometimes sharp, pinching pain that doesn't last very long. I seem to be going the toilet normally but I feel I've been a bit more prone to diarrhea lately but it's usually after I've eaten out so I thought maybe the food was a bit dodgy. I also have this feeling like I'm always full, like there's air trapped in there or just something trapped in there, like I'm never really empty? I've been experimenting a bit by cutting out wheat or dairy etc but so far haven't made any links though I reacted badly to bran flakes which I grew up eating. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I'm not a prude or anything, I'm sure there are some forms of porn that are okay, but a lot of it now seems very violent and degrading towards women, like a lot of it is really disturbing and it's very easy for young people, especially boys, to watch this kind of porn these days with the internet, it's even been proven that there is a link between young men watching this type of porn and domestic violence and sexual abuse, even the men themselves who watch it admit that they seem to want to do more demeaning things to women and that they can't look at women as anything more than sex objects, I'm just wondering with all the steps that are being taken today with feminism and equality and domestic violence, how come this seems to get ignored and nothing is being done about it when I think this is one of the biggest problems out there?

I think my parents had kids because it was just the thing that was expected of you back in those days but I don't think it's really what they wanted and they probably would go back and not have us if they could. I'm not angry or bitter about it, I get on with them ok now that I'm older, but from everything I've seen and the way we were treated I think they just realised we were more of an inconvenience and annoyance, does anyone else have that same feeling?

I haven't read it and am still deciding if I want to, I've just read some pretty bleak books lately so I don't know if I want to go down this road, from what I gather it contains rape and sexual assaults, is that the main reason? Does it go into graphic detail? Thanks

The toilets I use at work are shared with many different businesses in our building and it's a pretty common occurrence to go in there and someone hasn't flushed, I'm talking about wee and poo and anything in between, this is the girls bathroom too so I'm sure the same thing is happening in the men's, why do people do that? Is it just they forget somehow or do they get a kick out of making people look at it?

My father died recently and someone I work with who I don't know that well came and said they were sorry and chatted with me for a while and it really meant a lot to me, and a few times after that we chatted again about our fathers because we found out they actually had a lot in common. Well, her father suddenly passed away a few days ago and his funeral is being held quite close to my house and I feel like maybe I should go because her kindness during my difficult time meant a lot to me, but a lot of people think it's weird for me to go since I never met her dad and I don't really even know her that well?

I take Diane ED but the pharmacist usually gives me the generic brand, whether it's Brenda, Juliet, Estelle, etc, recently I was given Brenda and I just feel like I'm bloated all the time with fluid retention, usually it happens a week before my period but it just seems to be happening now for most of the month, could the pill be to blame or are they all identical?

My father was cremated at a Buddhist temple in Thailand, the monks were chanting and holding up blue signs with writing on them, like in the shape of tennis racquets, can someone tell me what those blue signs means and what s written on them?

Lately I seem to be getting a bit of heartburn so I heard taking apple cider vinegar diluted in water is a great natural way of fixing it, people seem to rave about it, but it just seems to make my heartburn worse! I have tried different dilutions, right now I have about a teaspoon in about a pint of water so I doubt I'm having it too strong, does ACV just not work for some people?

I don't mean by having a dirty spa, that isn't a problem, it's just we have one at home and it's usually really quite hot when we use it, I also have the cold sore virus and I notice after I've been in the spa they come up on my lips where they usually would, but usually I can get them to go away again by cooling down and taking aspirin, but not always. I used the spa a couple of days ago and woke up really sick the next morning with a throat infection, even though I had been perfectly fine beforehand, but I was so sick the next day I could barely move, I feel like there must be some kind of link, that having your body in really hot temperatures can cause things to come out?

I have never taken them in order, like where it says start here Monday and then go to Tuesday etc, but I read something recently that you should?

Were you able to cure your social anxiety or at least greatly reduce it and if so, what do you think was the most effective thing you tried?

I'm in my early 30's and I think I might be getting early menopause. I never thought I wanted kids and none of my partner's have wanted them either so I guess I learned to just put it out of my mind, but now that I think I might miss my chance I wondering whether I do want them? I guess I always thought life needed to be perfect, financially etc to consider having a baby and well it never has been. I do love my partner now, and he is a really nice, caring person, but he's not really that stable financially, I don't really know how we'd afford it but people always just say 'you'll find a way' and I guess there are people worse off than us who have kids.He's not sure if he wants to have kids either, should I try and convince him we should have one?

Are there any nice or interesting places to go to in Melbourne when you're bored and on your own that aren't just tourist spots?
