This is going to sound like it is all over the place. I may be confusing more than one movie.

I am pretty sure that the movie took place in New York during the Vietnam era. I am also pretty sure that I saw it in the late 1990s.

The only scene that I remember is that the main character and his friends are registering for the military, perhaps the army. They are either at a recruiter's office or right before they go to basic.

While there, a recruiter or drill instructor asks the main character his name and the main character says something weird enough that the recruiter walks away and then comes back and questions the young man about his name again. I think he tells the recruiter his nickname and this confuses the recruiter.

After this exchange the recruiter kicks the main character out and the main character is not allowed to register because the military thinks he is learning disabled or stupid. I think there is narration that says the guy is embarrassed to tell his parents that he is not smart enough to join the army.

Or maybe he does end up in the military but he has to sneak in somehow. He cries and says he can't go home, his dad will kill him.

I thought it was "A Bronx Tale" but maybe I saw both films during the same time.

I mean, it isn't worth suing the person. They don't have the assets to collect the funds or it would cost more to sue them than would be collected from the suit.

For some reason, a recent Windows update made all the columns in File Explorer wider than they need to be when looking at files in list view. It s incredibly frustrating as part of my job involves selecting large quantities of specific files from folders and the gaps between the columns just make what is already a slightly boring task more arduous.

There is a lot of unnecessary space at the end of the file name. And it makes it difficult to select outside of the files themselves. If I want to right click, I have to perfectly select between the file names because the unnecessary space leaves very little room.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
