I chewed up the medicin fairly good and as I. Went to drink the water and medicin went down the wrong pipe it s been a day and it still feels like there is something in my lung is this the chewed up medicine sticking around ??? It also is irritated really bad and feels like something is still in my airway after coughing a lot

My life in the kitchen is... a train wreck to say the least. it does not matter how many times i follow, or make sure im doing everything correctly to the recipe, i mess it up. To give an example, i messed up fudge, a two ingredient recipe, messed up, another time i made cheesecake, they came out tasting gross, it seems anything i cook or make comes out wrong, or gross, i need help, or tips on how to become a better cook, i honestly want cooking to become a hobby, but i just cant get it right, and i waste to much money on stuff that comes out bad, and i end up throwing away, i get really sad, and angry, any tips???
