Continuing to practise to gain and give the above virtues to self, together with above qualities of virtues as well; in self; gives the following to self;

1. restraint to self; for helping it to put in its efforts to become able to work;

2. powers of the actions of Valour: Generosity: Liberality: Diligence: Patience: Kindness: and of Humility as the medium of work of self in self, for helping it to become able to work and perform; and finally;

3. the ability to continue to be in pursuit of the activities of Knowledge, Charity, Will, Ethics, Peace, Love, and Modesty; as the medium of self in self for helping it to become able to make attempts.

Without continuing to practise as said above; one although always continues to make attempts; but does so wrongly; i.e without the virtues of luck and qualities thereof; and in ignorance; drives the self to become able to work, without the help of restraint; which in turn; helps him to attract and gain; cowardice, stinginess, narrow-mindedness, carelessness, impatience, cruelty, and of arrogance; as the medium of work of self in self; for helping it to become able to work and perform; .

As a result he ends up performing tasks with lust / gluttony / greed / sloth / anger / envy / and pride of them only in self; as the driving force of self;

ORAL sex is good for women’s health and makes you feel happier, according to a study which studied the effects of semen’s ‘ mood- altering chemicals’. The State University of New York study — which scientists carried out through survey rather than through practical experiment — compared the sex lives of 293 females to their mental health.

It follows research which shows that seminal fluid contains chemicals that elevate mood, increase affection, induce sleep and also contain at least three anti- depressants.

The researchers also claim that women who have regular unprotected sex are less depressed and perform better on cognitive tests.

Semen contains another set of chemicals along with spermatozoa, including cortisol, which are known to increase affection; estrone, which elevates mood and oxytocin, which too elevates mood.

It also contains thyrotropinreleasing hormone ( another anti- depressant), melatonin ( a sleep- inducing agent), and even serotonin ( perhaps the bestknown anti- depressant neurotransmitter).

Given the ingredients — and this is just a small sample of the mind- altering ‘ drugs’ found in human semen — researchers Gallup and Burch, with psychologist Steven Platek, hypothesised that women having unprotected sex should be less depressed.

To investigate whether semen has anti- depressant effects, the authors rounded up 293 college females from the university’s Albany campus in the US. Recent sexual activity without condoms was used as an indirect measure of seminal plasma circulating in the woman’s body.

Participants also completed the Beck Depression Inventory, a commonly used clinical measure of depressive symptoms.

The most significant findings from this study, published in the Archives of Sexual Behaviour , were that, even after adjusting for frequency of sexual intercourse, women who engaged in sex and ‘ never’ used condoms showed significantly fewer depressive symptoms than did those who ‘ usually’ or ‘ always’ used condoms.

MANY BENEFITS OF SEMEN

OTHER recent findings from Gallup’s laboratory suggest that semenexposed women perform better on concentration and cognitive tasks and that women’s bodies can detect ‘ foreign’ semen that differs from their long- term or recurrent sexual partner’s signature semen.

They suggest the ability to detect foreign sources is an evolved system that often leads to unsuccessful pregnancies — through greater risk of preeclampsia — because it signals a disinvested male partner who is not as likely to provide for the offspring.

The findings suggest women having unprotected sex with their partners — and therefore getting regularly inseminated — face greater depression on breaking up with these men.

THE TRUTH about the dismal quality of engineering graduates is a well- known reality.

Now it is the turn of their management counterparts.

com study on the employability of MBA graduates in 100 B- schools across the country has revealed that only 21 per cent of the candidates who graduated in 2011- 12 were employable.

The employability rate of the candidates has dropped by four per cent from 25 per cent in 2007, the report said.

The study based on the results of the tests conducted by various companies as a part of their annual hiring, found the candidates wanting in some crucial skills required to make sound business decisions.

The test covered MBA graduates across 29 cities.

However, the top 25 Bschools, including IIMs, were excluded due to their “ fairly well- known placement credentials”. The 2, 264 graduates were assessed on their reasoning skills, verbal and quantitative abilities by MeritTrac, a testing and assessment firm, on behalf of the recruiting companies. While performance in the verbal ability were satisfactory, reasoning was an area that required improvement considering the fact that it is integral in taking key management decisions.

“ The report brings out the candidates’ employability gaps across various competencies... There is a need for scientific examination and tests to align the skills of a candidate with that of his prospective employer,” S. Murlidhar, CEO and director of MeriTrac, said.

Management experts attribute decline in quality to the mushrooming Bschools across the country — the number of MBA seats has grown from 94,704 in 2006 to 3,52,571 in 2011.

“ Management institutes are the easiest to set up as there is no requirement for a laboratory... Any entrepreneur with deep pockets can set up a management institute today. It is time we introduce a rating process to vet the quality of these institutes,” P. Rameshan, director, IIM- Rohtak, said.

It however needs to be lodged in the body of all creatures in the form of fire; called vaisvanara ; and also needs to be united with exhalation and inhalation breaths of the self; and for the only purpose of ensuring that it only and nothing else is the driver of the faith of the mind of self.; because then only it can be assured; that the mind of self will henceforth be guided and driven by the scriptures and we in turn; will perform such actions only; as are ordained by them.

The energy of this fire is in the form of that of radiance; especially of; not only the sun; but also of the shine in the moon; and in the fire as well.
