I am 5' 4", and was looking at a 2011 Honda Tornado xr200 which weighs in at 290 lbs. I do not know much about bikes but was wondering if this is a good bike for me considering my height and that I weigh about 120lbs because I am looking to get one.
2 AnswersMotorcycles8 years agoDoes anybody have info on meilun motorcycles?

3 AnswersMotorcycles8 years agoIs there a talking donkey in the bible?
I saw this satirical picture with the Bible, Darwin's book on evolution or something like that (forgot the name) and a DVD of Shrek. It then said that only 1 of these 3 things doesn't have a talking donkey in it. So does the bible actually have a talking donkey in it cuz sure as hell it aint Darwin's book.
17 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoDo you think that if society becomes more secular suicide will increase?
Now hear me out, it is a fair criticism of both atheism and believers. Have you seen the "Sunset Limited" on HBO, well something like that also because it is as Marx said "the opium of the masses," "it is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the spirit of a spiritless situation." It is hope however false a hope of the very thing it is against, envy of others over material things as it is promised in the afterlife. Look at stats, the most religious countries are third world countries. Religion is more dominant in poverty and greatly present in prison, without its promise of heaven and revenge for your enemies who will burn in hell, without that, there is only despair when people realize that they have nothing else. What do you think?
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoDo you think that Christianity, Islam Judaism etc should be in the Mythology and Folklore section?
If you notice there is a Mythology and Folklore section of Yahoo Answers. Maybe that is where specific believers should go to ask and answer questions while secularists and atheists discuss religion as a whole on this section. Too bad there isn't a Philosophy of Religion section where truth claims are discussed.
11 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoWhat is the link between sadomasochism and corporal punishment?
I was doing an assignment about corporal punishment and found that parents often say "because I love you" and "for your own good," to their children while beating them. I can't help to notice but sadist would like their "victims" or consenting adults to derive pleasure from pain so I thought there was a link between corporal punishment and sadomasochism. I want to present this link in class but I don't have the words or a good explanation to make a good case. I think part of the problem is that the term sadist and masochist only exist in the context of sexual pleasure or eroticism. Could anyone help. I have considered posting this question in psychology but usually I get good answers here.
3 AnswersGender Studies9 years agoIn Leviticus 11, the Bible Says?
It says that a man should not lay with another man.
It also says that a person should not eat any shellfish just above
where it said laying with the man part. It also says you should not plant two seeds in the same hole.
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoCuba, Juanes politics and face?
So I posted a question yesterday but got no answers because I thought it would be in debate. See this columbian artist put on a concert which is a series of concerts aimed at uniting the world...well to some degree. His name is Juanes and is one of the most popular artists world wide. The concert was attended by over 1.5 million people making it one or possibly the biggest concert ever (not sure if its the biggest I'll leave you to check me on that). However, the concert was to some degree sanctioned negatively by various artists and some governments. Most congressmen and other politically powers in the USA did not give their support if not condemn it with no sound reason to do so. What is your opinion on the whole situation
1 AnswerPolitics1 decade agowhat did you think about the concert?
I'm talking about Pas sin Fronteras (peace without borders). If you still don't know what I'm talking about, it is possibly one of the most populated concerts of all time, bigger than woodstock where juanes organized a concert in Cuba and was condemned to some level by various artists and governments. Do you think the world is changing for the better or do you have a different opinion.
1 AnswerGovernment1 decade agoHave you noticed this?
In YA in the Religion section there seem to be more atheists
In Politics and Government there seem to be more Reps (Dems having the presidency)
In Gender and women studies there seem to be more feminist haters (women haters is more accurate)
does this say something.
And they hide their questions well and answers too but we do notice them

8 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoA social cycle of conformity regarding sexuality?
So we have christianity which tried and still tries to control sexuality. Chastity is favored and promiscuity is frowned upon. This was especially true in the past namely the Victorian era. Fast-forward to today society seems a lot more liberal but is it? It is now a "bad" thing to be a virgin. Especially among the young there is now pressure to be sexually active. I have heard my peers saying to my friend that he needs to 'lose' that thing meaning his virginity. So my question is weather we are sexually liberal or still conformity demanding. I mean we are no different from the Vatican anymore (as a society). What do you think of this? (I was not sure were to post this but sociology seems appropriate)
3 AnswersSociology1 decade agoWhy so many religions?
Doesn't religion emphasize unity but look at the middle east, or our own western beliefs. why so devided? besides why are their so many religions if there is one God and were before the belief in this monotheist God.
22 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAre athiests more compassionate people?
Yes, christianity emphasizes sharing but athiests have no god so do not rely on someone else to take action. Doesn't belief system keep us from doing anything because their is a plan however vague it is.
33 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoHas anyone noticed this contradiction in our western society?
We are so paranoid about pedophiles but our culture encourages it. People shave to look younger, legs and genitals, men and women (hygeine is a guilt free excuse). There is role playing where the woman splits her hair into two pony tails. And my bastard peers are always chasing after highschool tail an brag about it. Its now strange to see a man with a beard for God's sake. Not for Nostalgia but there was a time when being thirty-forty was being wise and experienced.
5 AnswersSociology1 decade agoDoes anyone have a suggestion for an underated movie, like "Hotel Rwanda"?

5 AnswersMovies1 decade agoWhy are people who think differently considered crazy?
I'm from a conservative country but an atheist, so when it comes up I always end up in an argument. The end result is that I'm called crazy or stupid. I also differ with my peers on several issues and am called a radical for it.
