In FL, if I'm correct, according to the law, if you tell the person towing to stop, they must stop immediately, correct? If so is it illegal for a tow to be initiated even after being told to stop? If your car has not been hooked yet can you drive off?? How do you prevent being illegaly towed, and can you inform the towing person of that?

I live in South FL and today my best friend's little brother, age 14, was being bulling with sexual slurs and he does not fight physically but he was trying to defend himself and even though he was wrong in saying "I'm gonna kill you, bring bombs, and knives" he was trying to defend himself and he said it in the heat of the moment, he has no antecedents or record. He's a good kid with good grades too. The kids told the principle who called the police and had her little brother take in handcuffs, they didn't notify the parents, and my best friends mom found out after, they told her he was taken to a mental hospital and they didnt allow him any contact with anything, only the parents were allowed during visiting hours and they internalized him without her consent and told her they were keeping him over night for him to be seen by a psychologists the next day. There must be some violations here. Please lets us know.

I've been working at my workplace, a Chinese restaurant, owned, ran and mostly staffed by Chinese people, for 9 months now. At first everything went well, I got along well with all the staff and even worked over time. Now, I'm lucky if I even work 30 hours. About 2 months after I had been working, we hired a new manager. He is rude and disrespectful, would yell at us all the time, break all the rules including using his phone when there is a rule of no phone usage. In the end the point is that he made a comment which is considered to be verbal sexual harassment, saying he would give me $10 if I let him touch my behind, I of course said no and proceeded to notifying our boss, who spoke to him and had him say sorry. Knowing how he'd done similar things before to my coworkers I asked to write a report to be kept in the system. They didn't want to so I called the police to file a report. After that they've been cutting my hours. This week I only have 15 hours. Can I do anything, any legal action? I live in Florida there must be something.

I want to get a helix piercing but I'm worried. The only kind of piercing I've had is my earlobes which I have 2 holes in each ear. It's been almost 2 years since I got my second hole and it took forever to heal plus it kept getting infected. That makes me think its not a good idea because helix piercings are difficult healers. Also I have really thick and hard cartilage like more so than anyone I know. Would it hurt more? Should I just not?

I am 20 years old, 5'2, and conservative. OOh I forgot to mention I am also extra curvy. At 5'2 I wear size 11-14 tops and size 16 bottoms.It is hard to find anything to wear I have literally resorted to jeggings and guy t-shirts. I hate to go shopping because if I find a shirt I like sometimes it won't fit over my hips, other times it fits my hips but is too loose on my shoulder/breast area, other times it doesn't fit my arms because the sleeves are too tight. And bottoms? Well my waist is much smaller so inorder for anything to fit my thighs they will either have to be too big on my waist or too long for my legs. And dresses!? Those are most depressing because since I am conservative I can't wear anything. The dresses are always either too big on top when they fit hips nicely or they are too tight or my hips when they fit well on top or worst of all when they fit nicely and since I'm young I want to dress my age only to find a dress that basically fits like a shirt because it's so short from the rise-up my hip and butt cause. I want to dress youthfully, but everything designed for people my age is too showy and short on me. I don't wan to dress like I'm older than 40 any help please???I'm literally depressed about this...

I'm applying for an appeal and some of the information I'm putting in for the proof goes to people directly involved in my circumstances. One of them said she is rarely available to be contacted and that brings me to my next point I know that when financial aid advisors sit down to review appeals they have to sort through many appeals. Ok so first thing is, you know how people want to talk about something in a video and show it but still show themselves so they edit the picture into the corner and signal to it or they show a video that can be seen playing at the corner of the screen but they still show themselves? I want to know how to do that and if it can be done with Windows movie maker...and if so how?

So I wanted to work on certain areas that I dislike about my body...for one I want clearer and generally even toned skin...I also heard about creams that lighten your skin...can someone tell me which products are the best for things like clear/even-toned skin and which are best for lightening your skin...also how much difference does the skin lightening cream do or even how drastic the change is.

I also want to try some way to better I guess the way my pores and skin work...ok let me explain when I shave I get either a rash or ingrown hair...I can't clean up my crotch because it itches when the grow back and my skin feels irritated and gets all ugly cuz of ingrown hairs...what can I do?? The same thing happens under my armpits...but I want perfect armpits...problem is my skin is too sensitive to be waxed and I've tried Nair and I even leave it on for the right time and follow the instructions detailed enough but my hair doesn't come of...at all...so someone tell me if there's something wrong with me...if there are any tricks or way or stuff I can try to fix these issues...last but not least I wanted to know if there was anything I can try that perfects skin condition...cuz I get these bumps kinda look and feel like a rash buts its not...its cuz my skin is so sensitive...its on my knees and elbows and such...any way thank you...
