  • 36 weeks, losing mucus plug and lots of pelvic pressure...?

I am almost 36 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and having a lot of pelvic pressure, especially after being on my feet. Also, I am slowly losing my mucus plug (it's been about 3 days). Can anyone tell me if I should be expecting to go into labor anytime soon? I had to be induced with my 1st child, so this is all kind of new to me

  • Why does married colleague keep flirting with me?

A married colleague at work has me totally confused. There is a mutual attraction between us which will never go any further because he is married and is also more senior than me. I believe he does have morals and principles so I trust that he won't take advantage of the situation.

But, he flirts with me a lot. He will stop it at times but then continues. I have NEVER flirted back and really haven't done much wrong but it is obvious that I like him.

*He has told me that he would want to date me if he were younger and single

*Has called me beautiful a few times (was told once that he missed the most beautiful girl in the corporation), and said recently 'hey good looking' which he almost whispered so no-one else could hear

*He stares at me when he is on his mobile phone talking

*And plenty of other things too

This has been going on for almost a year! He knows it can't go anywhere so why does he do it?

  • How can I deal with a neighbor who plays loud music all day?

I live on a quiet street, and none of the neighbors are loud except the one living next door to me, so I'm the only neighbor who is subjected to their noise. They play loud, heavy rap music for hours and hours, and I can hear it in most of my house. It is really annoying. Right now it's been going on for over 4-1/2 hours. They've done other inconsiderate things like hammering at 3 AM, which woke me up. Walking around their front lawn at 11 PM talking on the cell phone like it's the middle of the day.

I don't know how to deal with this situation. I don't know these neighbors, but there's about 5 or 6 living there, so I'm outnumbered. If I were to go next door and ask them to turn down the music, they may just turn it up higher because they feel no one is going to ask them to lower their music or only turn it down for one day only.

I love all my other neighbors, but I'm starting to hate the ones next door.
