36 weeks, losing mucus plug and lots of pelvic pressure...?
I am almost 36 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and having a lot of pelvic pressure, especially after being on my feet. Also, I am slowly losing my mucus plug (it's been about 3 days). Can anyone tell me if I should be expecting to go into labor anytime soon? I had to be induced with my 1st child, so this is all kind of new to me

First of all, the first person that answered ur question has apparently never been pregnant or is just a complete idiot. Or both. There are no stupid questions in pregnancy. I'm 35 weeks and lost my plug 5 days ago and still no baby =( i went to the doctor this morning and i'm still not dilating so i guess losing ur plug doesn't always mean ur goin into labor soon. But who knows. Every pregnancy is different. Also...i've had the pelvic pressure too and the doc told me this morning that that doesn't always mean labor either. I'd call ur doc just to be safe tho. Good luck!

Most babies are born within 2 weeks (plus/minus) the due date.
Cervical dilation can start as early a couple of weeks before labor actually beings. Usually, but not always, labor starts within 24 hours or so of the mucus plug being dislodged . .but every labor is different.

At only 36 weeks, why on earth would you go online instead of CALLING YOUR DOCTOR?
