Well if your texting him....it's going to be pretty straight forward lol. I don't think there's any "not obvious" way to get around that. It's pretty much just typing words how else would it go? I guess make smiley faces and comments like "u know what I mean.......:)"

well, you can buy a lash tint, which darkens the lashes as a mascara would but with out the clumps. You can wear clear mascara, which sets your lashes but doesn't tint them. You could also go for a lighter/ more natural shade of mascara, brown if you are blonde or redheaded black if darker. You should also consider what the names say if it says something like: ultra mega lux plus blast volumizer It will be obvious. Also waterproof formulas have more wax in them so they will tend to clump more, so be wary.
When applying, make sure u remove excess product from the brush and try to get the smallest brush possible for separation.
Obviously avoid colours beyond brown and glitter

Well, to be honest, it can be very difficult to make mascar look natural. What I like to do is just curl my lashes using an eyelash curler from the drugstore (they are pretty cheap). It adds a little curl to my lashes but makes my eyes look natural. However, if you really want to wear mascara, I would highly recommend the Josie Maran GOGO Instant Natural Volume Argan Mascara- this is the pretty good for natural eye makeup. It doesn't clump so it always looks natural. Hope that helps!

Wear a brown or blonde mascara. The lighter color will lengthen and volumize without darkening to much and looking heavy like black.

Buy a brown mascara, don't clump it on. Just put it on so it lengthens your eyelashes mainly. Once it starts to clump together thickly it looks un-natural. Just do a light application.

only put it on your top lashes. it's much harder to make it look natural on your bottom lashes. when you do it on your top lashes, don't make it clumpy, try to keep the individual lashes visible
