so last night I changed my gpu from a r9 290x to a GTX 980ti. now the problem is cities skylines performed much worst from the upgrade, I dont know if this is cpu related or what, but im really baffled right now.

FX 9370 + r9 290X = Smooth gameplay around 80-100fps avg

FX 9370 + GTX 980ti = Weird performance around 50-60 fps zoomed out, 20-30 fps zoomed in.

my problem is, before my pc runs really smooth and can play all the games that i want to play in highest settings, but after many months(4-6) its performance decreased by maybe around 50 percent.now the problem is i'm not sure if the program is the problem or the pc because before when i play dead island at the highest settings, my pc can handle it really well but after the "many months" the game is laggy and slow although im not sure if its related to the pc(i think its my pc) or the game but this happened also to some of my games not all games but some.what should i do?help appreciated :)

my pc specs are

AMD PHENOM X6 1100T

ATI HD6870X2 CROSSFIRE (2 HD6870X2)

12G RAM

WINDOWS 7 64 BIT SP1

my problem is that my torrent download is so unstable.my normal speed for downloading is 400-500kbps.but i have been downloading this 8gb file for almost 4 days now ,because its so unstable.it goes from 20kbs-300kbs.whats the problem???

My system specs are.hd6870x2+hd6870x2,12g ram,amd x61100t.

now my problem is.serious sam 3 seriously lags while im playing on highest settings.I think the problem is serious sam not my pc.because I can play crysis 2 dx11 on all highest settings without any problem.please help :) thanks

so I installed skyrim about 2 days ago and updated it(installed and update through steam),now my problem is its a little bit laggy I mean im not comfortable playing it because of the lag.but my system can handle it.I believe im using the latest ati driver 8.902.0.0(correct me if im wrong).you guys have any solution??? thanks in advance :)

my question is.can you feel the difference between this two resolutions??? (1680 x 1050) and (2560 x 1600).im planning to buy a new monitor for my pc.any tips or advice??? tnx in advance.

all the games i try to run shows their loading screen then crashes/goes back to the desktop.I dont know whats wrong it just started to be weird.actually 15 mins ago I was still playing :( even older games like wc3 TFT asks for dx 8.1 or newer.I installed dx9 but still nothing :(
