Basically I have oral thrush and I was wondering whether I can just buy some flucanazole tablets. Would this work and how much should I be taking, the dosage etc. I could go to the doctor but i can't really be bothered and i know its oral thrush. Unless taking these pills could actually be dangerous I think I'd just take them.

I'm just getting a bit confused over this as I'm not really sure whether Gatsby first fell in love with Daisy because she is the girl that everyone wants but can't get and she is beautiful and charming etc. (i.e her physical factors) or is it because of what she represents - the money and class and wealth - that Gatsby originally had his goal set for. I understand that he is attracted to her afterwords because she represents the wealth and class that he wants and so he does everything to get her but I am confused as to why he first fell in love with her. If anyone could help I'd be really thankful.

I was just wondering what I need to get for an A* in my English Language and Literature GCSE. Would it be around the 80% mark? Also what kind of coursework marks should i be aiming for? Its 3 pieces and a total of 130 and is 50% of the GCSE.

I'm just not sure how many it would be good to go with. Like should it be a big group or just me and a friend or two?

The headphone jack was not working properly (believe me I tried and it's definitely faulty) so I sent it off to get repaired at a repair center which Samsung had forwarded me to. However when I got it back it had not been fixed so I called them and told them the situation. They were very apologetic bla bla bla... but they said all we can do is have your phone sent off again so we can fix it. I agreed and told the next person VERY clearly what the problem was (last time they 'fixed' the speakers) and I got it back 2 weeks later (longer than the 'no longer than 10 days guaranteed') and surprise surprise it's not working. What can I do and should I demand a new phone as this is ridiculous. Its been a month from the beginning to end of the situation which actually costs some money because I could not use my contract during that time.

I'm not talking about the sort of 'after image' that you see when looking at bright objects or one colour for a long time but the sort of hexagonal shapes that are sort of faded and only appear at certain angles ect. It's really hard to explain it.

I went to the hospital to get an xray on my wrist today. When she had examined the xray she said it was an unusual case. I had displayed all the properties of a broken bone when she examined me. She said that the bone had not broken but there was a slight dent in it (which may have been from a previous break because I had a greenstick fracture a few years back) and she said under the circumstances of the fall it should've broken. She said this is probably because my bones are more bendy like that of a younger childs and they haven't hardened yet. I'm 16. Is this a good or bad thing? Does it mean i still have a lot of growing to do? Please explain because the doctor didn't really explain and I had other things on my mind. Thanks

I downloaded windows 8 using the download manager that they provide but then when I couldn't find a usb flash stick to put it on (I wanted to do a clean install) I cancelled it so I could buy a usb stick and try again. However, I don't know where to go now to get back to the installing without buying windows 8 again which would be stupid. It said I could 'install from desktop another time' or something along those lines. Can anyone help?

I want to buy some nice 2.1 speakers for lsitening to music. I listen to quite a lot of dubstep, d&b, electro dance music etc so im looking for a good sub. However I don't want to compromise having a good sub if the speakers aren't any good. The highs can sometimes be compromised on (basically I don't want to have a booming bass with no depth left in the music. My budget is about £150 but preferably around 50-75. I have quite a small room if that helps in any way. I hope someone can direct me to some really nice speakers. Thanks

I'm a 16 year old guy and I've never used creams and cleansers etc on my face. Obviously I wash it in the shower and sometimes before I go to bed but just with warm water. I've never really had many spots before either but I've had a few just start to appear on my forehead and below my nose. This has made me wonder whether I need a face cleanser or moisturiser to help with this. I've also heard things about exfoliators and that they can be very good. Can someone give me advice on what to buy and how often to use and a general 'guide'.

I've had spots on the back of my arms for around 2 years now. I'm 16 now and I think its porbably at its worst now. I've got into a habit of picking them which probably makes them worse. They are slightly red and are quite small bumps. I can feel lots if I run my hand on my arm. There are a few bigger ones but not huge. Does anyone know how I can get rid of them? Feel free to ask questions if you want more detail.
