I have this wild plan growing in my yard, and its a tiny bud maybe a nickle size and smaller, with a yellow center, and they grow in clump like clusters and have a very potent powerful smell i cant really describe, i took a picture i am hoping i can figure out how to load it on here so maybe it can help out a little more in identifying this plant.

I live in Virginia, if that helps at all, and when i was little my great grandmother called them Johnny Ups, but I have no idea where she got that from. because they look nothing like a Johnny Jump Up!

there is a song that i really like, but i don't know who sings it or what it's called and i only know a few of the lyrics, and the one part i am not sure if i even have it right, but if anyone can tell me the name of the song and possibly who the artist is i would be so grateful. by the way it is a man who sings it. I Love murder mystery parties and wrote my own, and when my friends and I did it, everyone had such a blast they suggested I try to get it published.

Since then I have tried to contact various companies who sale the Murder Mystery Dinner Party Kits, about how I could get one published, so far i have heard nothing.

I am not going to be totally upset if I can't get it published or anything, but i thought it was at least worth looking into.

In Dec, my Great Grandather had to have his hearing aids worked on, he is in a nursing home, so my mom and I handle things for them. I took his hearing aids to the Local Beltone. Within a week one had returned but it was almost 2 weeks before we were informed that they had lost the other. The secretary called the office and informed us thaat they were going to replace the hearing aid at no cost. at the end of Feb, we were notified by the Dr, at the Local beltone, that there was an outstanding fee on the hearing aid repair, for the lost aid. This being after he went to the nursing home and told my great grandparents they owed him money and upset them greatly. We explained everything to him, and he said that the secretary shouldn't have told us that it was free, she mis-spoke. After 2 days of going around and around with the Dr and Belton Coorporate office, I was directed to the man who owns our local beltone, and he said that we couldn't have expected to have gotten a hearing aid for free, and was rather nasty about the situation. He said that the amount quoted to us was for a service charge for repairs made to the hearing aid, that was lost, and then two minutes later said it was the discounted cost for the actual new hearing aid it's slef. Later he called me back, after having hung up on me, and said that he talked to his Dr at my local store and he was upset by the fact that he had upset my Great grandparents, and that he had misquoted the price of the repairs $55 because he had called from home with out an invoice infront of him. I asked for a copy of this invoice that we had never seen, he seemed shocked that i would want to see it, the invoice was dated Jan 20th 2009, the work was done in Dec, and the bill wasn't sent until March 5th. Today we recieved another, this time the invoice is dated Jan 19th, and the it says a copy was sent on the 20th of Jan, which it never was.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about this and have yet to hear anything from them.

I am wondering what else can i do, because we were told 4 times, and once face to face, that there would be no charge for the hearing aid because they had lost it, and now they are stating we owe them, if i am told i am to get something free, then thats what i expect, if they would have delivered the old aid they lost, i could see paying for it, but they didn't.

what else can i do get this situation taken care of?

If you need more information just ask, any help would be greatly appreciated.

My great grand parents went to the nursing home with in several months of each other, with their insurance they have a 100 days there before they have to be enrolled in Medicaid for everything to be paid for. My mom and aunt are the ones handling their bills and stuff. Now they were informed that in order for my Great Grandparents to be eligible for Medicaid that they cannot have anything in their name, and the only thing left that is in their name is their house. Now we have been told by several people that the have to sale the house at fair market value, but at the same time we have been told that all they need to do is to sign the house over to someone. Now my question is, which is the right answer?

My younger brother went to the doctor the other day because he thought he had strepthroat. The doctor ran the test and concluded it was tonsalitous...However the swelling and pain got whorse and the antibiotic he was taking didn't do a thing for him. The doctor ran another test because he thought it was mauno but it turned out it wasn't.

He has a severly sore throat with little white blisters and a thin white film over it, along with it he has nasal drainage and a continuos fever of 99, which isn't bad, but it aint normal either.

The doctor said he THOUGHT it was a mouth fungus, but he stragight out told him that he didn't know exactly what it was.

I live in the city and have noticed an owl perched in the tree outside my apartment. Iknow owls were sacred to several goddesses, and I practice witchcraft. I know birds carry omens and are signs. But this has me stumped. I first saw it on thanksgiving, but didn't see again until sunday night, then again tonight. The creepy thing is that it sets and stares at us (my roommate and friends) I am looking for other myths and legends surrounding the owl. It maybe nothing, but living in the city and seeing an owl, to me it doesn't seem normal.

Any help is great, but please serious answers only.

I am gay man, and my bestfriend proudly announces she is my "faghag" whenever she gets the chance. When I am with her I feel complete. I was scared to come out to her at first cause I wasn't sure how she would take it, but then when I finally did, we became insperable. My question is, if your a "hag" what attracted you to your best gay guy friend and why. And another thing, why is it a girl feels better having a gay guy friend then a stragiht girl friend?

It is a silly question I know, but I just wondered if we were alone in this or not.

I recently moved into a new apartment from the country, to the city, and have taken my cat, Piper with me. We have lived here almost 6 months now, but only recently has she started "acting up"

Everytime someone enters or leaves the apartment she tries to get out, and has a few times, when she has gotten out the first few times she was easy to catch, but the last time, a week ago, she ran into the woods behind the complex and was gone for almost 12 hours.

Then not even 5 minutes ago she set on the rug in the kitchen, not more then 3 feet from her litter box and peed all over the rug.

Could it be that she is just unhappy living in the city? Or maybe she doesn't like the apartment. I do have another cat, Endora, but she seems content in no way does she act like Piper. And both of them are fixxed. So what could the problem be? I have had Piper for almost 7 years and never has she acted like this.

If christianity is suppose to be the only religion and the right religion then why is it that most of those "good" christians are such hipocrits? The bible says that God is the only judge, then why are so many christians the first ones to judge others, and decide what is right and wrong, when they took most of their beliefs and practices from the pagans centeries ago? And it is those same ones that are always out to "save" everyone's soul instead of worring about their own, Im not judgeing, just curious?
