I not looking to bulk up, im in taekwondo and I need to make my kicks stronger and faster. But I dont want to sacrafice strength for speed or.visa versa, is there is a special way to weight lift to build lean muscle thats quick?

As of last night my dog my dog's leg gives out, her head tilts toward the left, she.has a hard time finding stuff, gets scared very easily, and she has been drinking a ton of water

When ever she.tries to move fast she falls because her.left leg always.gives out

ok, so ive been playing skyrim on pc since it came out, im 200 hours in and everything has been fine until now

i started it up one day and no one would talk, their lips dont even move, and sometimes i dont even get a dialogue box, subtitles dont show up either.

i tried to start a new game but i cant cuz every time i need to get off the carriage we just stay there, so i think its a scripting problem

ive reinstalled 4 times now, reinstalled steam 3 times, and every time without any mods or enb.

ive tried that lower ur sound quality but that did nothing, emailed bethesda but they wouldent help because ive modded in the past, ive looked all over the internet but cant find anyone with this problem, i get all sounds except for people talking, the intro music, all ambient sounds, sword sounds, everything except for dialogue.

if anyone can help me i would be greatly appreciative.

Im a guy, 16, ive been doing taekwondo for 8 years now. Reason I want to join is cause I want to learn how to do the jumping and balancing and your hands and stuff because I want to start doing the fancier taekwondo kicks(k kick, 540, 720, backflip kicks, arials, cork screws etc...). Ive never really looked into it until now, is this kinda the stuff gymnastics does? If its not, what does teach these things

can i wear a boater hat with casual look, or would it look wierd? i was thinking like some tommy bahama style shorts and just a simple shirt and some some sandles, would aviators(?) go good with it u think?

So it started about about a week ago when mcafee would just freeze up and wouldn't be able to cloae it, ive heard.of this before and Ive read that its.just a fluke thing and there nothing I can do. the 7970 is about the same price as the 580 but more performance or should i go with the $200 less 6970

im planning on upgrading to 3d(or surround, haven't dicided) in the future, also, if i get the 6970 i've read that it cant do 3d very well with games like bf3 at max setting on a single card

anothering thing is that i want to future proof it as much as possible without getting too expensive and i would prefer not to do sli or xfire

so i want to take out my gtx 570 so i can sell it but if i take it out, does it automatically switch to my cpu's integrated gpu? i have the i7 2600k. also, do i have to uninstall the drivers of the 570?

i just got the v moda crossfade m-80 and ive been listening to them and there is some distortion in some songs, did i blow them already? im making sure im playing flac music and there is still some distortion but when i play the same song through my surround system there is nothing, is it because my computer doeant have a good sound card? the receiver is pretty good, so is that why is sounds better, or is it the headphones? (havent used the receivers output cuz i cant find my 1/4 adapter).

also i havent completely burned them in yet so can that be the cause? ive read that they sound a lot better burned in.

im pretty bummed out right now cuz there cost $200 and dont even sound as good as my $70 ear buds so any help would be appreciated.

Right now I have a gtx 570 with 1.2 gigs of VRAM, I want to do the Nicosia 3G vision but I need more VRAM, so im stuck between gtx 560 ti 2 gb of VRAM in sli or the gtx 580 3 gb of VRAM, the 580 is a bit cheaper but I heard that the 560 in sli has better performance. I don't was to use ati so I'm stuck between these 2, any suggestions?

So I'm trying to decide what I should get. The v moda crossfade m-80(or sennheiser hd 598) with the ibasso d-0 portable amp/dac or just a pair of sennheiser hd 650(no amp), can anyone help me, mostly going to be using it with my computer with flac files and my ipod

I can't decide whether I want the m-80 or the lp2, the m-80 seem to have better specs but there arnt really any reviews for the lp2, can anyone help me out? Also open to other headphone ideas.

ive done research on both and both seem to have all good reviews. so my question is, does either have something that will make me regret me buying it, and i dont really care about the price, i just want the best mouse for fps

about half of the matches i play on the battlefield 3 beta freezes up and the only way to get out of it is if i use the ctrl alt del

anyone know why? i've made sure all my drivers are updated and i know for a fact my comp can handle it cuz i get an average of 40 fps
