Ok, I'm new to Goodreads, and I don't understand the "add books" feature. What am I adding these books to - are they what I'm reading or what I've already read? All I keep reading about is adding them to shelves and now I'm confused...

I don't sleep well, and I wake up a lot in the night, but I always seem to sleep through my alarm or hear it but don't fully wake up and just go back to sleep. People have told me to put my alarm on the other side of my room so I have to get up to turn it off, but then I don't hear it. Is there any way I can wake up when my alarm goes off? I'd also appreciate tips on how to feel less groggy/sleepy in the morning (apart from get more sleep, because I'm not good at that)

I'm looking to apply for a job in a local cinema, and these are the jobs that they are recruiting for:

Ushers

Concessions Attendants

Box Office Cashiers

Bar Attendants

Kitchen Assistants

as a 16 year old, which ones can I apply for? I'm asking in case it isn't legal for me to do certain jobs (I'm basing these worries on that I don't think I'll be able to serve alcohol seeing as I'm under age, and the same might go for films that are rated 18?)

Before the summer holidays end I need to decide on a culture for my fine art A-Level class (I'm going into Year 12 from Year 11).

I did fine art at GCSE level as well and did a similar course and chose the Punk sub-culture. I think I just chose it because I thought I could have the most fun with it and wouldn't get bored, and the course turned out to be successful.

But I'm really lost at the minute when it comes to choosing a new culture. I need something I'm not going to get bored of...

Basically I'm asking for some suggestions that could help me make a decision, so if you have any ideas I really appreciate it, thanks!

After the summer I'm going to be doing two art A-Level courses, and I wondered if anyone has any suggestions of some good quality (and preferably cheap) drawing boards that I can use to practice with. (The kind that you put your sketching paper on to the board with masking tape, if that helps?)

I've tried searching for some and all that's come up are architect drawing boards with protractors and rulers built in or easels, neither of which are any use to me... (my room is too small for an easel)

It opens fine, but when I type in a website address it loads slowly - even though I have good internet connection - and the website but doesn't let me scroll on it or click anything. I uninstalled it then installed it again to see if that solved the problem thinking maybe I had too many bookmarks or something, but it didn't.

Why is this happening? Is it a virus or what? Thanks, I really appreciate any help

I've done everything, it's an MP3 file, it's not breaching any copyright laws or whatever - it uploads, then goes to a blank page and it says it was aborted - why? I have google chrome, if that makes any difference...

Basically I'm not sure how petite sizes differentiate from regular sizes in how they're measured etc, and there's this jacket I'm thinking of getting that's a size 14 in petite sizes, but I'm a regular size 8.

No seriously, here's the story. So I had a really bad cold/cough for about 2 weeks, but it cleared up about a week ago, but today I woke up with a really bad migraine. Naturally I thought I was just dehydrated so I drank a few glasses of water. Later on I started coughing again and my nose has been running really bad (attractive I know), my eyes are stinging and my migraine keeps coming and going.

I know it'd be better to go see my doctor, but I'm away visiting some family so I thought I'd look on the internet for help... so, any suggestions?

Is it just technique or the medium used? From what I've gathered you use non photo blue pencils, but that's just for kinda mapping out the character's body right?

I've got up to the point where Ava Cadavra asked me to build the Bovine Shrine. It's been built and she's in there with all my guests in the trance, but she's not giving me any missions..? I've played this game before and I remember that she should ask me to go get a cowbell or something along those lines... Help? (Without missions this game IS kind of pointless)
