ok i need help with connotative and denotative meanings. I have to choose a word from a list of four words and then briefly explain how to me its connotation is better than the others that share the same denotation.

Ex: Would you rather be ill, run down, diseased, or unsound.

My Answer:The connotative meaning of ill could be sick or unhealthy which seems better than the denotative is, which is of unsound physical or mental health.

not sure if its right so...

Ex:Would you rather have a previously owned, cut-rate, cheap, or thrifty car?

ok , I want to lose weight before i go to school which is August 9. It might be kinda late to do a major change but i figure i rather lose some weight. I am 14, about 120 and last time i was checked at school in May i was 5'1.

ok so my family really doesn't really like female dogs(or cats) because of the whole pregnancy and bleeding issues but my mom still got a female chihuahua and they told her it was spayed but it's not and after she kinda got attached to the dog she didn't care. Ok so the dog is also crying like 24/7 and i'm freakin' out that the dog might end up dying of depression because everyday it seems as though it looks sadder and likes to follow my mom everywhere.Oh yeah she is a little big is what im worried about and my mom thought the dog was just fat but you can kinda see well to me that it's pregnant.IDK. One more thing the dog is deaf and her name is Lola and i was also freaking out because the dog can't hear and she was running into the street and i couldn't call her and oh my gosh i just tdon't know what to do

So i have liked this boy and i would guess and hope he like me too because he always tells me hi and he gave me a nick name too. IDK.

I just found out today that my friend likes him too and I think she's jealous because he's always telling me hi and he tried making conversation by asking about my name and she even asked if he told me hi or talked to me. I also came into class late and he called out loud that I was here and told me hey. I feel so bad but I don't know what to do. He's cute and hilarious. But i also got jealous when I seen him hold this other girl's hand after school.
