  • Looking for someplace that can host 30-40 people for the easter weekend.?

Our annual Easter family get together is fast approaching, and we are looking for somewhere new to go. Over the past 4 years we have already been to: Wedding then Tobago, a nature resort in Tobago, Cousin's wedding (yeah after the wedding we could only go home and sleep lol ), and Guest house in Mayaro.

Please note that the age group ranges from about 1yr up to 85+. And where ever we go has to be easily accessable (one aunt had hip replacement done).

Preferably someplace that is airconditioned with a pool(s) or very close to the sea. The more wash/bathrooms there are the better.

If you know of anywhere please describe, give area and preferable contact info. thanks

  • Possible kidnap/robbery scam?

Now i know that we try to stay positive here, but i needed to share this with all my peeps living in T&T. I got this as an email....if its true, then consider your self warned and be careful, if its not...well...consider yourself warned and still be careful.

    All,

Tonight my wife received a call from a 'Miss Candice Wight' who indicated that she was calling on behalf of TSTT. Ms. Wight informed us that our number was one of six randomly picked and that we had won $2,000 worth in groceries from HiLo as well as a 'Bikini Swimwear' package and an opportunity to win a further US $50,000. As such, she said she needed to get further information on my wife. The questions were:

    · Are you Spanish, Indian, ***** or Mixed

    · How old are you

    · Are you tall or short

    · Are you slim or fat

By this time, my wife was becoming increasingly suspicious and decided to curtail the interview. During this time, Ms. Wight asked if anyone was standing next to my wife as she was receiving static on the line (there was no static on our line). My wife obviously lied and said 'Yes, my family is here', to which Ms Wight asked my wife to move away from the person. The final question was " Are you pretty, average or not pretty/ugly" . She also gave a call back number 623 1925. When I returned home a few minutes later and tried it, it was deemed 'Not in Service'.

Based on the questions, it seems quite obvious that this is a scam to get information from people either to rob or kidnap them. I will be most amazed if this is indeed a TSTTT promotion, as it is poorly thought out.

Please pass this on to those you know living in Trinidad and Tobago, as it looks like yet another scam to further frustrate the honest, hard working people of this country.

    Regards,

    He suffered from bad breath.

This made him (Oh, man, this is so bad, it's good) .....

A super-calloused fragile mystic hexed by halitosis.

  • Dont you wish life was like this???

THE WORLD 'S SHORTEST FAIRY TALE

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'

    The girl said: 'NO!'

And the girl lived happily ever after and went shopping, dancing, camping, drank martinis, always had a clean house, never had to cook, did whatever the hell she wanted, never argued, didn't get fat, traveled more, had many lovers, didn't save money, and had all the hot water to herself. She went to the theater, never watched sports, never wore friggin' lacy lingerie that went up her ***, had high self esteem, never cried or yelled, felt and looked fabulous in sweatpants and was pleasant all the time.

  • Planning a trip to Tobago at the end of July!!!?

actually, my mom and her 2 sisters bday is late July early August, we (my cuzs and i) told them we will sponser a trip to Tobago for the weekend for rest and relaxation. I'm looking for a guest house for them to stay for 2 nights.

PS. please keep in mind that there are two 'only child" paying for their mom to stay in Tobago, so Hilton Tobago is NOT an option.

ohhhh, and dey boldface, dey want it to be close to town (me ent know if they talking scarborough town or crown point town. but it must be close to town - "they want to be able to walk to get something to eat....they have no intention of cooking". and since i sure dey cant find their way around in Tobago, it ent making much sense bringing the car.
