I workout for about and hour. The exercise is moderate.

When I jog I do it for 30 minutes at a good pace.

I want to know what is better exercise.

I recently went vegetarian Cold Turkey. Let's say about a month now. My parents say that I am going to get sick but I feel fine. Are they right or will I get sick?
