Ffor a few weeks now i've noticed that my right eye has been constantly twitching at all times of the day. I put it down to stress or being tired but now i've causght up on sleep and chilled out it's still doing it. The other day i noticed that under that eye, my upper wisdom tooth has grown a bit and that it may be pushing the tooth it's growing next too down. Would this be causing the eye twitch?

I'm wearing this dress to a wedding but not sure what i can wear over it to keep warm if it gets too chilly? If anyone has any links to something not too pricey please let me know!

My boss has recently hit retirement age and decided to stay on at work.

I'm not writing her off due to her age in the slightest but, over the past year i have very much noticed that she is increasingly forgetting important details, not following age old procedures, often blanks mid sentence, not passing on messages etc.

This is now starting to affect my workload and i'm forever having to check her work to be correct to ensure it doesn't come back to me if it's wrong (as she forgets she made the mistake and blames it on me.)

How can i tell if it's age affecting her or if she is just becoming malicious and purposely not passing on details etc.

Is there any guidance on age and ability to work anywhere?

I don't want to do her out of a job she may be capable of doing but i don't want to have the mickey taken out of me and the work she's not doing piled onto me either?

I've ordered a pay monthly mobile phone from O2'S Website. I know they do a credit check but how long will that take before i know if my order is successful? I don't know if my refresh button will take much more pounding!

I'm going to meet a Leo man for the first time tomorrow night and i want to make a good impression. We're meeting up for drinks so what on earth should i wear to make sure he meets me for a second time if we get on?

I'm currently renting a room in a friends house. There is me, him (Landlord) and another guy that also rents.

Although we know it's (probably) coming from a good place, the Landlords mother keeps comeing around unnanounced and often after being directly told not to.

We had a house party on Saturday night and on Sunday afternoon she arrived at 2.30pm to mow the lawn (She'd been told not to come). Everybody in the house was asleep when she arrived but had to get up because of the noise she was making. the landlord left the house at 4pm to go to work and she stayed till 7.30pm cleaning the house.

The Landlord has told her not to come around without 'permission' many many times and even confiscated her keys to the house but now she has started coming around when the landlord is out on purpose because she knows 'he'd go mad if i was doing this while he was here'.

I can understand that while the Landlord lived alone, she would want to mother her son and look after him but now he has TWO adult tenants, it's becoming quite offensive and almost as if she's implying that we are dirty.

Following her 5 hour stint on Sunday, she came back yesterday (knowing her son wasn't going to be there) and took it upon herself to completely rearrange the bathroom, throwing things out and moving things i've bought and paid for into different rooms.

I'm absolutely furious considering she doesn't live there or have any financial ties to the house, why she could possibly think it is ok to walk into another womans house and start to clean it?

Don't get me started on her ingoring my coloured cloth scheme so the same cloths aren't used for washing dishes and cleaning the toilet!!!

He's explicitly told her not to do it and to leave when she's overstepping the mark. I've attempted to politely let her know that we are all adults and can look after ourselves and our home but she's not getting it.

I don't want to cause problems between my landlord and his mum but is there anything i can do or say to get the idea over to her that she's insulting me by cleaning my cleaning?

Even my own mother wouldn't dream of completely ignoring me in my own home so how can i get it through to her?

PS. don't get me wrong, if she come by to say hello and wants to wash the pots in the sink while shes there, that's acceptable motherly behaviour but to completely gut someone elses well kept house, while the people who pay to live there are in, and your son is not, is not acceptable.

Any help would be appreciated before i end up losing it and shouting at her!!

I've bought some tie backs but they only have one hoop on them. Usually they have two that you wrap around the curtain and hook on, but these only have one and i have no idea of the best way to use them other than trying to loop two tassles together and hoping they stay put or threading the cutain through the loop (which will not fit)

Does anyone know how you are ment to use them?

I was dreaming that i found a photo on facebook from his new girlfriend in a club that was 'mine' from the split, (he hasn't got a new girlfriend), i was so upset i woke up crying then seconds later i got a txt message from him asking why i'd been speaking to one of his friends on facebook and to keep to my own friends. (i'd been asking his friend if my ex was doin ok because i always got on well with them).

What the heck does it all mean? Just coincedence or are we still linked? Any ideas?

I'm going to an interview for a job managing an ebay shop for an online mobile accessory store. I would be required to cover all aspects from listings, to packing and posting and marketing of the shop. I would also need to set up the shop initially.

There was no salary guide on the advertisment and the person calling to arrange the interview didn't know.

What would be a fair salary range to ask for, for the work involved? I don't want to over or under price myself in the first round!

I met a new guy who is completely into me, tells me how beautiful i am and is looking to enter a long term relationship with me but he mentioned to me that i could loose a little weight. He's right as i should loose a few stone and i am trying to exercise so is he just being honest and me being sensative or do you just not say that? I'm not sure if i should be mad or if i'm just used to being called fat by my ex ?

I'm thinking about buying this suit but not sure what kind of tops i would wear with it as it has a pretty wide neckline.

Any ideas please?

Recently i've developed tiny blister like lumps in a few area's on my palms. They start off flesh coloured then get intensely itchy and turn red. After a few days the lumps seem to deflate and the skin turns dry and red and feels thicker.

I've been using tonnes of moisturiser but it doesn't seem to be helping. Also it started in one area of one hand but has now spread to other area's and the other palm.

I've never suffered from dry skin before and have no history of skin problems in the family. Its not scabies or bites from anything as i have looked these up and its not even similar. i have had shingles before but again, the symptoms are very different.

Does anyone have any ideas what this could be to put my mind at rest while i wait for my Dr's appointment?

When i started my job i was put on a three month probation period which was extended to 6 months due to timekeeping issues which has now ended. 4 months on I've now been given a final written warning. Was the probation extension my first written warning or have they jumped the gun a bit?

I've got a feeling its some sort of interpretation of a cross but i'd like to know what it really is as it seems to have usually brought me luck.

Any suggestions of where to look for help would be appreciated too!
