I can't for the life of me remember what movie this was - all I remember is the ending. So if you don't recognize it from the description, don't read the answers, since it'll end up being a spoiler. It was a space movie - I forget if it was Mars or the moon. In the final scenes, an astronaut has to be left behind. Either his helmet breaks or he takes it off towards the end, and realizes he can breathe. Somehow they got plants to grow on Mars/the moon giving it an atmosphere he could breathe. Anyone know what movie I'm talking about?

I'm using Microsoft Excel for the Mac. I have an application that I export time reports out of, and it exports the time durations in seconds. I want to be able to convert this time to hours in decimal form. I know that I can say "=CONVERT([number of seconds],"sec","hr")" and that works fine, but I have to do it for every single cell. How do I set it so that I can highlight the cells I want, and apply that formula to all cells?

I've got an HP Deskjet F380, and a printing job went awry. I tried to cancel the job, and it froze on "Deleting" and wouldn't advance after a restart or turning off the printer or anything. I tried opening Command Prompt and tried to run "net stop spool" but it returned the error "The service name is invalid. More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2185." When I type for the help message, it tells me THAT service name is invalid.

So I ran services.msc and tried to stop the Print Spooler service that way. I found the service, and it was started, but all options to stop it, start it, restart it, etc., are all greyed out, and can't be chosen.

I tried to just flat out remove the printer, but it seems it won't remove before I can delete the job. Not sure what to do! Any help?

I have a bunch of times that I've worked on something 0:41 for 41 minutes or 15:41 for 15 hours and 41 minutes. Numbers will list each of those as 12:41am and 3:41pm respectively. How do I change it so that it just lists the duration that I worked on something?

Me and my roommates want to find a good FPS game that we can play over the network. We don't want something brand new, because those are always more expensive. What's a game that's been around the block a few years, and we can play on our network?

I've created a Flash animation in a 1024x768 aspect ratio. I exported it as an .AVI and now I'm trying to put it on a DVD. When I import it into Premiere Pro CS3, it chops off a lot around the borders, so I can't see some of what I created. How do I get the 1024x768 aspect ratio to fully fit into the screen viewing in Premiere Pro?

I find that I can double click with a bit of a slide in there to move navigate forward or back in pages that I have been on using my Wacom Intuos3 tablet. How do I turn this function off?

I created an ISO file with some software, and let it copy the image overnight. When I got up this morning, and tried to look at the file in Windows Explorer, I couldn't find it. So I was about to recreate it when I noticed that the ISO creating software could see the file. Some other ISO programs can see the file, but my virtual drive software can't. I have already changed my folder options to see hidden files and folders, but it doesn't help.

Just for a little bit extra, I might be making this too complicated. I'm just trying to copy the DVD when I only have one DVD drive on this computer. So if there's an easier way to do that, let me know.

If you put in a new outlet to replace an old outlet, and there's no grounding wire being attached, will it cause problems if you plug in a device that has a grounding prong? i.e. If I plug in my modem into the new plug, but there's no grounding wire leaving from the wire, can anything bad happen?

I was cooking yesterday (an AMAZING lasagna, by the way... SUCH a good recipe), and I was putting minced garlic into it by sprinkling it out of my fingers. Now my hands STILL smell like garlic even though I've washed them more than a dozen times since yesterday. How can I get rid of the garlic smell off my hands?

I feel that sometimes I keep the bad things that happen to me bottled up. I don't like to cry, and I just feel that even if I wanted to, I couldn't. I had a friend that died a while back, and I was sad about it, but I didn't cry. My parents just split up, and I haven't cried about it. I feel that I should get my emotions out, but I don't know how. A friend suggested journaling, but I've tried to keep a journal before, and I just don't like doing it. How else can I make sure that I'm dealing with pain in a healthy manner?

There's a family a block and a half away that I'm good friends with. They've been in Paris, France for the past 2 weeks, and they're getting home tomorrow. They'll be jetlagged and tired when they get off the plane at 6:30PM. I don't know if they'll be hungry or not, but I'm sure as heck that the mother won't want to make dinner. I thought it would be nice if I prepared them a meal today that I could put in my freezer, and drop off at their house before they get home. That way they can cook it right away, or put it in their freezer until the next night. Any ideas for good freezable meals to feed 5?

The way I understand it, when we eat, the body takes out everything it needs and/or can use, and the rest comes out the other end. So isn't it technically possible that we could have our whole diet by using supplements? Do we have to eat real food at all? If we just lived off supplements, there'd be no waste, right?

You know, I'm sorry that a lot of you have met bad Christians. They exist. Christians are human beings, and make mistakes. If a Christian has told you that you're going to Hell because you don't believe, that's not their right to tell you that. "Judge not lest ye be judged." Don't judge Christianity based on its members. Base Christianity on its founding principles. I'm sorry that not everyone follows them. The bottom line of Christianity is tolerance, love, respect, and servitude. Even in the times when my prayer life is dry, and I don't feel God in my life, I strive to live these tenants of the faith. If a Christian isn't showing you these basic courtesies, they're not being a very good Christian.

And for those of you Christians that say "Who is this guy telling those non-believers that they're not going to Hell?" - You're the hypocrites that Jesus talks about in the Bible. Jesus dined with sinners. He didn't come to heal the healthy. See people as Christ saw them - beloved people of God. Don't judge. Don't criticize. Just love, for Christ's sake!

I'm making dinner for a family that I know. They have 4 kids that I'm worried might be a little picky. Usually I stuff chicken with broccoli, Swiss cheese and ham, but I'm worried that the Swiss and broccoli won't go over so well. For the past weeks now, my dash board has been becoming increasingly... well - weird. It started off with this clicking noise. It sounds a bit like the click that my turn signal makes, except that this click is not on a regular rhythm - it clicks very irregularly, and sometimes it goes for a few minutes without, and sometimes it clicks for the whole drive. After the clicking, some lights started flashing on occasionally - the ABS and the e-brake light were the first ones to start coming on. They'd flash on for maybe a second or two, and then turn off again - sometimes at the same time, and sometimes individually. Then the battery light started doing something similar. It would come on for 10 or 20 seconds and then turn off. Lastly, my guages started going nuts - fuel, RPMs and speed - they'd all totally turn off and drop to 0, or go all the way up to their maximum while I was just driving normally. What's going on? How do I fix it?
