Why can't you dig for gold or drill for oil?

Question #1: My Sony Vaio laptop PC(Windows 7) just recently crashed, but I was able to save all my data to a USB Flash Drive. Now, I am buying an Apple Macbook Air and I was wondering if transferring my data to the Macbook is going to present any problems?

Question #2: Can the Macbook Snow Leopard OS be updated with Windows 7? Ten goes to the best answer!!!!

Been taking Simvistatin(Zocor) for 2 months, and EVERYTHING went south:

1) Cholesterol went from 430 to 190

2) Triglycerides dropped

3) Went from having sex 2x/week to ZERO sex drive

4) Cannot maintain firm erection at ALL

5) Took me twice the amount of time to complete my 3x weekly bike route

6) Leg cramps increased

7) Nightly GOUT flare-up, on right big toe

8) Random Calf pain

9) I once had an Elephant's memory....now, I cannot even remember where I put my cellphone

10) No energy to do all my daily tasks

....Stopped taking the statin one week ago, and EVERYTHING returned. I can live with high cholesterol, as long as my blood pressure is normal.

Ten points to those who agrees Statins are POISON....

I bought a car from a small, independent dealership that did not disclose certain major mechanical issues when I bought it. So, I put a stop payment on half of the $2000 deposit...which is essentially their cash profit. Now, they are threatening me with a small claims, seeking $4500..which far exceeds the small claims limit of $2500. Should I settle, or let them go ahead with it? They know where I live and work. My HP C4480 AIO printer just got new, non-OEM cartridges and the blue(Cyan) has white lines, despite cleaning the heads a dozen times. Also, the factory color cartridge previously leaked a lot of ink on the cartridge pad. Should I go back to original HP, or does the "spill" inside my printer need to be cleaned up? How?

My last three HP printers were ALL complete disappointments. I have $120 to spend. I print schoolwork, and occasional photo and seldom scans receipts and bills. I want something:

a) Wireless

b) Fast

c) Doesn't gulp ink

d) Won't kill me on cartridge replacements

e) Never jams paper

Am I asking for too much? Points to the most logical recommendation!
