I currently have a logitech computer speaker set included with a small subwoofer at my apartment in college, but they aren't really loud enough for throwing a party and they are starting to blow. I am looking for a new set, but i dont want to end up with the same issue. Am I looking at the db, wattage, hertz or any other specifications, and if so what would be the desired specifications for a college party (40-75 people nothing too crazy).

I'm a huge RHCP fan, I have most of their albums, but I want new bands to listen to with a similar style. Some other bands I like are nirvana, foo fighters and rage against the machine

I'm perscribed ritalin for ADHD, I take 10 mg in the morning, sometimes I feel really tired about 3/4 hours later. I like to wait close to dinner to take my second but i feel like i need to take a nap or something. This is also the instant release not concerta, so I understand that the effects would wear off by then but I feel like the comedown can be excessive at times. Is this a fairly common experience with anyone else?

I know that drugs affect your dopamine receptors, but if they all affect the same molecule why do different drugs give you a different high.

For example uppers like heroin give you a body high or a relaxed state while coke gives you an energetic head high.

I have a 42 in LCD tv, when I watch DVDs there is unused space on the sides and top/bottom of every DVD. I'd say honestly about 1/3 of my screen has the actual movie on it, the rest is just black

I had my labrum in my left shoulder repaired two days ago and for some reason my thigh on the opposite side of my body has a numb/tingling sensation. The anesthesia has definently wore off and the nerve block is as well. I've switched how I've been sitting and walk around often to keep some blood flowing, it's just weird if anyone knows why it feels this way that would be cool. I know it's not the painkillers too I've been on them a number of times before

I missed last weeks episode because i had to go to a meeting and by the time i got home it was over, is there anyway i can watch the previous episode before I watch this coming weeks episode?

every time i sync my iphone with my itunes library it will change the artists names to something different, for example all of my Tupac songs are clearly named Tupac in my library, but when i sync they will be renamed to 2pac, Tupac etc. the part i don't understand is that for my ipod they show up like i have them saved on the computer. If anyone knows why this is and how to stop it please tell me

I work for a painting company in new york state, i was told it was a state job by the guy who hooked me up with the interview, however i thought you needed to take a drug test prior to employment to obtain a state job and i have already worked a week for them. When filling out the paper work i didn't notice anything about a drug test. Anybody have any thoughts on whether or not it would be safe to toke up again?

I am a fairly experienced fisherman and I am going on a camping trip with some of my college buddies who are fairly new to the trade. We are bringing a canoe instead of a boat this year and i was curious if anyone has any largemouth/smallmouth, or panfish (perch, crappie, rock bass etc) tips for me. The thing is the lake (kueka lake, a NY finger lake) runs fairly deep once you get away from shore, but is very rocky and not as many weed beds in close to shore which i feel kinda limits the range we could fish. anyway i would appreciate tips, and again i understand fishing very well so you don't have to give me baby steps so to speak

I'm 6'1 270 lbs and have a slight tolerance to hydros. last time i took 4 (5-500mgs) and wasn't really feeling that high, so I'm thinking about taking 6, would this be too much acetaminophen at one time. Ive taken 5 norco at one time but i heard they have lower dosages of acetaminophen . basically my question is would 3000 mg of acetaminophen. be too much at one time. and don't tell me drugs are bad i don't care. also would snorting them make a difference in acetaminophen intake

I am potentially getting a NY state job painting buildings and such and i was wondering if since its a state job i was curious if they drug test for marijuana. my prior job was working in the restaraunt business for minimum wage so i'm assuming the new job will pay more in which case it would be worth it to pass the test. Also was wondering if they do test is it a one time test or is it a periodical test (like monthly or weekly).

for one reason or another i feel like i should keep a knife in my car for protection. is there any specific laws i shoould be aware for instance like the type or size of the knife. btw i live in NY

i work as a maintence emolpoyee at an amusement park and i am constantly walking around and work like 7/8 hour shifts. my uniform demands i wear khaki shorts so i dont really have an option on the shorts i wear and i have tried baby powder but at the end of my shift it no longer has any effect. any ideas or recommendations

i ordered the ladanian tomlinson cleats of last year, and they feel a little narrow in the toe. i am going to ship them back and possibly order the nike air zoom superbad II cleats. are these any wider because they are around the same price and i really like the way they look and have read reviews that say theyre a great cleat

as you know summer means football starts and i need new cleats. im thinking either the LT 2.1 cleats or the reebok vince young cleats because there both a year older i wont have to pay top dollar for them
