So we are leaving for Central Europe in a few weeks and we are still $10,000 short on being fully funded to bring home our two special needs children. We have been fund raising for the last year and have manage to gather "most" of it; but we are still short! Our children's lives literally depend on us getting over there to get them. My credit score is 560 and my husbands in a little lower. However, ALL of our debt is purely medical...we don't have any credit card debt. We have spoken to nearly every bank in town and, of course, no one cares about the circumstance and they look at us like we are insane....I understand....but there HAS to be a way. We own our own home and have roughly $60,000 equity but were denied for a home equity loan as well. We are frustrated and at our wits end. Any suggestions?!! ( Please be kind; you are in no situation to judge)

Let me re-word that by explaining....

So last week I started cramping REALLY bad, like my period was coming n e day so I took an opk (ovulation test) just to see and sure enough it was very +. However its not 5 days past ovulation and I am STILL cramping just as bad but the ovulation tests are now negative. Could this be possible pregnancy?? I am having no signs of my period...just wondering if n e one else experienced this and were preggo?

Okay, so my situation is VERY unique. I was adopted as an infant to a wonderful family...however, at age 16 I found my biological mom and sister. We held up communication with them for a few years but cut all ties with them after I was married and had my own children due to them being addicted drugs, alcohol, and being in and out of jail...I didn't think it was a good influence on my kids. However, my biological half sister has two kids (thats I know of) that are currently in foster care....would it be possible for me to take one (or both!) of them in via fostering/adoption without my sister finding out? I suppose she would have to know if we adopted, but I dont know the legalities of it or even IF they would let me have them over their current foster families since I am a blood relative. We live no where close to them and my husband and I are financially stable and could provide for the kids...it breaks my heart knowing they being tossed from home to home when we could take them in on a permanent basis and give them all the love and support that they deserve. I am just worried about my sister and her negative influences on them if she were to know. Would a local social worker be able to find out information for me?? Any advice or answers would be MUCH appreciated!!! Thanks!!!

I have been researching for hours and keep hitting dead ends. I found the PERFECT stroller that holds up to 90 pounds (perfect for my situation).....its the Graco Quattro Duo Stroller-Brunswick, BUT it has AWEFUL reviews and only comes in a hideous brown and green color and I will have two little girls!! And I have researched the sit and stand option but have decided that I dont like that too much either. The sit and stands will only hold up to 45 pounds of weight and I need at least 90!! Plus my oldest daughter wouldn't be able to be facing forward, when a car seat is in the front the child in the back is forced to stand, no drink holders, hard to get to carriage underneath....its just not for us. But unfortunately that still puts us at a dead end! My question is......

Does anyone have any suggestions for a double stroller that meets these standards!!???

* holds up to 90 pounds!!

* comes in girly colors like...pale blue,pink,purple....or even black!

* has drink holders

* easy maneuverability

* accommodates an infant car seat without impeding the other child.

* COST: No more than 200 dollars!!

So we just switched her to a toddler bed BUT she will NOT stay put!!! She pulls baby gates down or climbs over them!! Her bedroom is entirely baby proofed so I know there is nothing dangerous in there that she can get hurt on and we still keep a baby monitor in her room so we are always listening in for her safety. But the very phrase "lock your child up" sounds borderline cruel!! We go in often to reassure her that its okay and Mommy and Daddy are just next door. Last night she went to bed wonderfully but woke up without us knowing in the middle of the night, opened her door and was running around the house!!! We have a stair case right down the hall from her room and she easily could have fallen down the stairs....we are super worried for her safety. Is it okay to lock her in her room for safety reasons?? I feel as though we aren't going to have a choice. Plus its really no different than her being "trapped" in her crib and not going to sleep right away...she just has more space. Opinions?!

Okay so when my husband and i were trying for my daughter we had to go through a TON of fertility meds and stuff before I got preggo. She is two now and we havent been "trying" for another baby or anything but we dont use protection and im not on birth control mainly because my doctor said that there is literally less than 10% chance I would ever get preggo naturally. HOWEVER, I have not had a period since March ( typical for me)....but lately I have had REALLY bad heartburn, sore boobs, cramps, dizziness and all the typical symptoms of pregnancy PLUS I have barely spottig for days but no period...now i know these can all be signs of my period....BUT the thing thats getting me is that i NEVER have heartburn or sore boobs and the only other time I can ever remember having that was when I was preggo with my daughter. Is it possible I could be preggo even though I havent had a period since march? i know it only takes one egg and one sperm....but just wondering if this happened to any one else with PCOS. I plan to take a test soon.

Okay so I have been through 4 rounds of antibiotics. I have tried Zyrtec, Calaratin, Tylenol Sinus, tons of vitamin C, garlic pills, nose spray, Zycam.....I am literally at my whits end with this. We recently lost our health insurance so I cant go back to the doctor. What else can I try??? I have been miserable for 6 months now ( NO I am not exaggerating, I have had this for 6 months!). My throat constantly hurts, my nose is constantly stuffy, headaches, stomach aches, coughing, swollen glands....needless to say I feel terrible. I have been eating healthy too!!! Nothing makes sense. I always took comfort in the fact that if none of the meds worked that it would eventually go away on its own...but its NOT!!! I have 0 energy and just want to sleep all the time. What can I do?!?!?

I live in Alabama. My husband and I have a little girl thats almost two. My husband recently lost his job and its going to be a few months before he can find another one and while we have been doing everything in our power to avoid government assistance its looking like we may not have an option. I was wondering how much we could expect to get? And can we get off of it as soon as my husband finds a job..or is there a time period that it has to be for? I dont agree with people living on government assistance and not trying to improve there lives and financial situation...this would be a TEMPORARY thing. my husband and i are both in college and just trying to make ends meet till we get graduated and can get our careers going.

So we arent preggo yet or anything....but we have boys same set in stone and we have the name Anastasia set in stone as well....BUT we need a middle name!!!! Now, I understand that Anastasia is a bit long and whimsical for a child but my husband and I both LOVE it. And we would call her "Ana"....so it would be shortened. But middle name ideas?????.......last name is killen....So Anastasia _________ Killen?????????

I did something and my font choice, size, bold, italicizing and underlining options are gone and I cant figure out how to get them back in the toolbar. I have tried EVERYTHING! Help!

Okay so at first I was thinking 5th disease...BUT this has been happening since birth basically and she is 16 months old now; plus her doctor didn't seem wildly concerned. She looks normal 80% of the time, with both cheeks being the same color...BUT the second she gets slightly hot or over heated her right cheek ( and ONLY her right cheek) becomes red and inflamed and becomes very hot to the touch, but her left is as cool as a cucumber. Why only on the right side?? And why only when she gets hot?? Could this be anything that needs attention? It seems to bother her when it happens..she cries and rubs her cheek like it hurts. YES I have asked her doctor about it...but he has no answers.

HELP! I am lost on this question

I have been trying to find the answer to this for forever and I cant seem to get it...I was thinking it was diffusion but I am thinking I am wrong.

Okay so I felt perfectly fine ALL day....nothing out of the ordinary. Then my husband and I got back from a church function and I had just put my daughter down for a nap and I went downstairs to put some laundry on...and suddenly and completely out of the blue I started feeling overwhelmingly nauseous. I ended up throwing up and thought oh I just ate something bad....but just as I was feeling better I had that nausea again and ended up throwing up yet again....then 2 more time after that. Its very odd to me....I have chills and cramping....I just can't figure out what on earth would come on that suddenly...

I put that behind the neck flea stuff on my dog a few days ago...no problem. But my dog tipped over the trash today and my cat started gnawing on the half empty tube....he is strange and does stuff like that. But not I am really scared!!! He is breathing heavy and shaking....and he is acting like he has rabies for something and hissing and meowing constantly. I dont have the money to take him to a vet right now either....normally I would...but the funds just arent there right now. I so scared that he going to die. I have given him a big bowl of water and put him in an air conditioned room....but he is still panicking. Is this something that could run its course or is he going to die?? I love this cat to death and it will break my heart if something happens to him.....what can I do??? Please dont say take him to a vet because I just can't afford it!!

I have a good 25 pounds to lose. Although I KNOW Alli is not a miracle drug and I still have to diet and work out,,,,I really want to try it. Has anyone taken Alli and lost weight? How much and how long did it take you to lose it?

And PLEASE dont tell me it will make me crap my pants...yada yada yada....I dont care...I want to know who it worked for...not the haters who are opposed.

I have massive pores on my nose, white heads, and really oily skin. I have tried everything....Murad...Proactive...but those products are mainly for acne...which I dont really have. I am currently using Neutrogena bar soap....but not even that helps. I also steam my face ( not with overly hot water...just enough to open the pores) and I wear a facial mask twice a week...PLUS I am diligent with moisturizing. What can I do to get that healthy clear glow without going to a doctor that i cant afford. BTW I drink tons of water and eat crazy healthy.....

Okay I had my gall bladder out a few months ago...and now I have this slight pain in my mid back on the right side. It hurts fairly bad...but only when I move. Just in case I have started drinking a TON of water.....If it was a kidney stone would it be a medium type pain or an "oh my God" pain like a gall bladder attack?
