I've had VLC for ages and today I open the menu (eg. Tools>Preferences>whatever and find that the menu has suddenly turned into a teeny tiny illegible useless.. menu that I can barely see if I put my face right up to the screen!

Of course there is no visible option to change the menu font size (yes I got out my Sherlock Holmes size magnifying glass and looked over the options completely) and NO MY COMPUTER does not have the same minuscule font size settings on it

HOW DOES ONE ADJUST THE FONT SIZE FOR THE MENU  (NOT FOR SUBTITLES, I REPEAT NOT NOT NOT SUBTITLE FONTS)?

Why is it after I customized my "MyYahoo" page (added widgets or whatever they call them here, feeds and various other things and removed some AND YES, SAVED THE CHANGES) did the next day every single thing default to the general selections given initially BY DEFAULT, but still keep my background choice?

With the end of Microsoft addressing updates to XP I don't feel comfortable using my old Dell 2400 Dimension online any more, but I want to connect it to my network to access the external drives I keep connected to it, via my network and NOW main computer (TOSHIBA LAPTOP RUNNING VISTA).

The laptop will also have drives connected, so don't suggest "switching" or reconnecting. There are other reasons for this. Essentially I want the XP OS computer to be able to take in a store some downloaded material, without it actually being "exposed" directly to an internet connection. The answer may be obvious, but I overlooked something quite obvious before in regard to this setup so I would like other people's (who might be seeing things more clearly and have actual working knowledge) opinions'.

I've been using this combination of products to do a "quick" wash of my bathroom sink before shaving, because I don't want heavy duty cleaning product chemical residue getting in the water after I fill the sink I fill the sink with hot water to use for shaving.

The mixture is;

antibacterial soap (two squirts) and hand sanitizer (1 full squirt) on a sponge that is used for only for this purpose.

I wipe the mixture over everything (sink, handles faucet, outer basin, etc), leave it for 5 mins and then wipe clean with hot water and a sponge (the same sponge rinsed free of soap)

Is this sufficiently sterilizing my bathroom sink?

(Note: the sink being addressed is my own private bathroom sink - common area bathroom is sterilized with ajax/comet cleaner and bleach followed by being sprayed down with disinfectant after primary rinse and wipe down)

I mean a bunch of kids sent out to the woods of an island, competing to kill one another and be the last to survive, doesn't sound EXACTLY like the premise of Battle Royal?

When this comes out again in 3-D (provided it wasn't originally released that way, or if it was when this comes out in the theaters in 4-D aka hologram) will you fork over the money to the film makers AGAIN for a rehashed selling of a film you saw the first time around that SHOULD HAVE been released the way the re-release will be released?

There are several sites that offer .srt files (subtitle file) for even the most obscure films, but NONE offer one for this film. Ive even looked to the "deep web" and no one has a subtitle file for this film.

Why exactly is this?

It's OVER 11 years since the film was released and THIS wouldn't even make sense in a Twilight Zone reality.

In the 2010 film Let the Right One In, the story takes place IN a town called Los Alamos,NM. Aside from those two films (please do not include them in your listing as you will disqualify yourself from being selected for the correct answer), what other films are you aware of that are set in, connected to, or whose story line begins in Los Alamos, NM?

I love her and think she is like a shinning beacon from the heavens. She is so sweet and innocent, yet confident and talented. She's just a beautiful light that makes everyday brighter, when you look upon her shinning smile.

It needs to do the following;

1) Play Blueray Dvds

2) Play regular Dvds

3) Play Data CD-Rs

4) Play Discs that are data recorded in various codex primaarily the following ones; WMV, Divx, Avi

5) Play Music Cds

6) Be a multi disc player and recorder

Do they have anything like this out yet?

(I feel that they should but haven't found anything yet in my digging..)

Lg makes something that covers the first half, but I want something under $800 that can do it all.

Any suggestions?
