So, my darling little boy is a tiny thing and he was obviously bred to be small. My mom found him on the highway. She said he got ran over by a car (he was small enough to duck) then she got out and pulled him into her van and named him Sugar because he is white as snow and sweet as pie. Then she gave him to me and he's got some problems associated with his breed. Snorting fits, overbite, undescended testicle, He gets fixed next week. The fleas have not been easily treated. At first the vet gave me sentinel and told me to get advantage in addition to the cap star, that he was too small for a monthly flea treatment. Then I did the pill and the heart worm med and the advantage. He slept 2 days it seems and the fleas came right back. Then when he got his follow up shot they gave me another capstar and nex guard. He slept all day. I did his heartworm meds and we did the pre-op appt today to get bloodwork and he slept from that pill. I'm supposed to be giving him 1ml of Zyrtec daily to help with snorting fits. Also makes him sleep. He's so tiny and I think my vet is trying to do their best but all these medications make my dog sick & i am scared really of the surgery they have to pull his baby teeth then too. Medications affect him so strongly. With the fleas, the meds didn't work. I started combing his hair with a lice comb daily and they are almost gone now. Finally. Is this normal though? I am more of a cat person he's my first dog. My cats never got sick from medicines.

The agreement states that you can not go to work for a client within 90days of leaving. I have been exclusively working for 1 client who wants to keep me. Technically, I can go work for another agency until my 90 days is up and line them up with the client. I don't want to ruin my work history. This is the first time I've temped but I had to take something. They aren't paying much at all and they aren't giving me steady hours. Working for the client is still not the best job but it's one I could pay my bills with and not need food stamps. Let me tell you how embarrassing it is to go from making 65k a year to swiping that card at the checkout. I cringe every time I use it! What is the best way to handle this situation?

My toy chihuahua has an overbite. His baby teeth never fell out and the vet is hoping by pulling them the adult teeth will come down. But if we don't pull them they will come down eventually sometimes the baby teeth slide over and sometimes they stick out like buck teeth or angle inside the mouth. He also needs to be neutered because he has a testicle that didn't descend. I wasn't going to worry about it since we don't have other dogs but that's no issue on the $ for that. Just the teeth i know might be expensive. And he's o lay 3 lbs they want to do this at the same time. I just can't help but think how much pain he will be in. My heart is so torn he's my baby.

I can eat large amounts and I'm beginning to gain weight. I know it's because I'm constantly hungry. My diet hasn't been the best either. I've been working as a server and most of the people I serve are billionaires. The food is so good. Their chef brings in 6 figures. I bring home leftover food all the time. It's prefixe & They don't save it. So I'm kind of in love with food right now to boot. Like even if you were so full you would want to keep eating. I don't eat to my hearts desire I stop after 1 plate full, usually. I know I can eat so I'll have to stop myself. I am still thin-ish (sz 6) but rapidly approaching an 8. I used to run marathons but I stopped that because I'd have to get a sitter to train. :( Is there anyone else who may have advice on this? How to better manage my weight?

My daughter is 6 1/2 and has speech delay and hypotonia. She's been in speech therapy for 2 years. After voicing some concerns with her doctor we went in to a therapist for a physical evaluation. It isn't bad, obviously it took this long to notice it but she can't do some things. She can not pedal a trike or bike unassisted. She can't button her jeans or shirts, or buckle or open some doors... Maybe I should have noticed sooner? But it doesn't say anywhere why this happens to kids. It seems speech and hypotonia often come in pairs. What could be the reason?

I worked at the same job 5 yrs but before then I was a stay at home mom and before that I waitressed and such. Would it be better to list just the one job or include the old jobs with long gap in employment?

When I got demoted my husband said quit that's not much more than summer childcare so I did. He was a recovered addict and I stayed with him after he recovered. He had a man calling him about messing with his wife and all. That was about a year ago. Now he wants to kick me out and sell the house. He said he wants a divorce and sold his truck which would make sense to give to me and me sell my car that has a car pymt. I have nothing and I could go somewhere but I don't think I should. He is back on drugs and constantly mean to me so I want the divorce too. I was in excruciating pain the other night & I thought it was my appendix he would not take me to ER. He got mad at me and I had 6 kids with me. I cried and cried. It was a ruptured ovarian cyst and i might need surgery. I used all my money in savings to pay bills through July 1st. He's not gonna help me when they come around. I have no $ for a lawyer but he has plenty from sell of truck and savings. He got mad when I asked for grocery money even though it's what he signed up for and I have worked usually bring home money, paid bills and he saved his. He's benefited but not me. I don't want to lose my house if he's going to sell it and it's an upside down mortgage. He should sign over to me but he's making it as hard as possible for me. The mortgage is cheap and its a good house for me and my kids.
