  • Everyone who is for Obamacare....?

Are you aware that in MA where medical insurance is mandatory they just announced that in order to save $130,000,000 a year they want to drop 30,000 legal immigrants from healthcare? The cost of healthcare has more than doubled in the short time we have had this mandatory insurance and there are still people who do not have insurance.

How is the federal government healthcare going to be any different?

Also how can the federal government put a price tag on a doctor but politicians are not limited to their income?

Doctors pay high malpractice insurance rates not always because of their medical errors but because of the amount of awards the money hunger lawyers go after. There are a large number of lawyers in Congress as well as Obama so they aren't going to do anything to change malpractice.

  • Isn't Microsoft making enough money of their own?

This is why Obama should have read the stimulus bill line by line and actually looked at the pork waste. Why should our tax dollars pay for a bridge to connect 2 microsoft buildings? Isn't Bill Gates one of the richest men in the world? Couldn't he afford to put the bridge in? He could have claimed the improvement on his company's taxes.

  • What's up with Canada?

It's good to see that we will be protecting our borders with Canada. I know that the Canadians are just flocking to illegally immigrate into the US. Too bad we can't spend this much of the stimulus on the US/Mexican border.

  • Is everyone ready to pay out more?

Nancy Pelosi is planning on trying to get the Cap and Trade bill moving through congress this week. I have read both pro and con on global warming and although I am not a scientist it bothers me that so many don't agree with Al Gore. Not to mention that Al Gore stands to make a lot of money if this bill gets passed. He has bought interests in a number of different companies who will benefit from this bill.

If there was such a problem why is it that Al Gore and most of his family drive around in SUVs, owns a 100 ft house boat, spends more on natural gas per month than most of us do per year, and has done nothing to cut down his consumption? In this economy can we afford to be spending more without seeing a discussion among top scientists to settle this?

  • Why can't I be offended?

Why is it that the ACLU has the right to remove everything that means something to most of us in this country? What makes them so much better than us?

Our kids can't say the Pledge of Allegiance because it says "under God".

Now they are suing to get a cross taken down at the Mt. Soledad Veterans Memorial in LaJolla, CA. If they don't like it stay away from it. They are against the boy scouts and probably against mom and apple pie.

What has happened to our rights? Where do these people get off taking everything away from us? What happened to Freedom? It has become obvious that the only people in this country who have rights are anyone who is part of a minority. I am offended and fed up with the ACLU not caring about the American citizens.

  • How much more are we going to give to Al Gore for his hype on Global Warming?

Interesting that the only channel that will air this is FOX news. That is because the liberals won't admit that this is a big farce. If it isn't a farce then the scientists who believe in Global Warming would be sitting down with the ones who don't and discuss the issue. Our government is handing over millions of dollars to Al Gore and there isn't any absolute proof from the majority of scientists.

  • What will Obama's new pay czar do?

With all the talk about pay as you go and pay for performance I think we need someone to oversee all the politicians in Washington and pay them for their performance. Starting at the top with Obama. Just think of the money we could save the country. I bet in no time we could pay off the deficit.

  • Why are the liberals in congress willing to release pictures that could put our military in danger?

There were a small group of servicemen who did something wrong. They have already been tried. Is there really any reason to release these other pictures? Just goes to show us that the ACLU is running Congress and they aren't representing the best interest of all citizens. Whether or not you agree with the Iraq war I don't think any of us want to put our military in any more danger than they are already?

Way to go Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank and the rest of the left wing extremists.

  • Does anyone have a pellet stove?

I am looking into putting a pellet stove in my finished basement. I would like pros and cons on them. Would you recommend coal or wood instead and why. I have had coal and wood stoves in the past.

  • Do all Obama supporters agree with his bill S.2433 the Global Poverty Act?

If passed, The Global Poverty Act will provide the United Nations with 0.7% of the United States gross national product. Estimates are that it will add up to at least $845 billion of taxpayer money for welfare to third world countries, in addition to the $300 billion Americans spent for the same thing in 2006.

Don't you think we spend enough to help out all the other countries? With this bill signed we don't have a choice of giving or an amount. It will be dictated to us. I say get rid of the illegals in this country and the money we save can be sent to 3rd world countries.

  • Anyone from Mass heard of www.smallgovernmentact.org?

It looks like they are trying to get enough signatures to put on the ballot a vote to do away with the Mass income tax.
