Why do they twist on now?

I have this bumpy, a little bit itchy rash in basically a beard pattern on my cheeks, chin and a little past my jawline down my neck. It's not horribly noticeable, my skin just looks ruddy and a little red.

My theory is that I began using a new face moisturizer with Alpha Hydroxy Acid in it, where on the label it specifically says to wear sunscreen if going into the sun. So the day before yesterday when I went for a run, I put plenty of sunscreen on my face. The next day this rash broke out and it is still here today.

I have been gently cleansing my skin only once a day because I don't want to make it angry, and also slathering it in Hydrocortisone cream. I don't know what else to do and I'd like to make it go away as fast as possible. Help please!!

I am going to a formal ball and wearing a black dress. I wanted to get a mani/pedi but don't know what color would look good and be appropriate since I want to do the color on my finger nails as well.

I was thinking a dark red but I don't know if that a little flashy now that I'm pushing 30 and I need to do this classy, not teenager style. If not I was going to go with a neutral color or maybe a dark burgundy. I don't know, I need help making a decision! Thanks :)

If someone were to stop eating and only drink meal replacement shakes like Ensure, would it cause any harm to their body? They seem to be well balanced as far as nutrition, but I'm curious if a person can sustain on them.

I am adopting a gorgeous white angora bunny. It's female and she has an adoptive name but I'm not too keen on it. Her hair can be very long or I can cut it and keep her short haired, so please don't let your 1st instinct be to name her fluffy or snowball :)

It's a somewhat cowl-neck dress, sleeveless with little flaps on the shoulders. About knee length or higher.

I am tall, 5'9 and slender and I seem to be plagued with the worst work out clothes. I just want pants and shirts/tanks to go running and do yoga in and I can't seem to find any pants that don't inevitably shrink and get cut into calf-length, or any shirts that don't have about 6 extra inches of material. My problem is most likely that I've been buying at Target but I don't want to spend a lot of money.

Where can I get good fitting, comfortable, relatively inexpensive work out wear for a tall girl?

I've been unemployed or minimally employed since 2008, at which time I entered into minimum payment plans with the 2 credit cards I carry. Yes it affected my credit, I know that much but I don't have the resources right now to make full payments and I can do some credit repair later on to remedy that.

My question is: I re-entered a payment plan with one CC after the original 12 month agreement ended this month. They put me on a 60 month plan of which I will probably only need 6 months. They kept the payment about the same but reduced my rate to 0%. I kept asking what the catch was but the (foreign) representative didn't do any explaining beyond the general terms, no matter how I phrased "This is too good to be true. Why?".

So where is the catch? One naysayer says it will further ruin my credit when they update my tradeline, however I asked specifically if it will affect my credit and the representative said my credit report will show "Paid on agreement" which it already says that on there, in addition to the account being closed "Per Grantor". I know both those statements=bad news for my fico, but can this new, too good to be true agreement possibly make it any worse than it already is?? (Which btw, my credit is not THAT bad right now. Around 660)

Do I even have any other options if I can't afford to make a full payment? And if this is my only option, is it as terrible and scammy as others are making it out to be?

From what I can tell, I'm supposed to knit 16 rows. Although the picture doesn't seem to show 16 rows on the edge.

Then I'm supposed to knit row 1.

Then (this is where I got really confused) knit 8 stitches, then purl 8 stitches and then knit 4 stitches, do that set 9 times...THEN purl 8 and knit 8 across the rest of the row???

And also, rows 13-18 I am just supposed to knit all the way across for 5 rows??

Then finally I *think* I understand when it says repeat rows 1-18 11 more times, then repeat only 1-12 1 more time at the end, then knit another 16 rows.

Please take a look at the pattern in the link and tell me if I am on the right track here or if I am completely misinterpreting it, and thank you in advance for your help. I am so confused!!

I am pretty new at this and I am building a website strictly using HTML and CSS. I use Firefox because it's the best, but I noticed when I brought up my site in IE that it comes out totally off and looks unprofessional. I know IE reads the code differently, what can I do to make my code uniform across the 2 browsers so my page looks the same?

I moved my couch across the floor without the feet on it and one of the staples holding the upholstery on was sticking out and made a thin but long, shallow scratch on the floor. How can I fix this before I end up throwing a rug over it?

My former roommate's 2 cats decided to use my $1100 leather couch for a bathroom when we lived together about a year ago. It was a good couple of weeks before I realized what was going on because the couch was in the secondary family room and wasn't frequently sat on. I am finally in my own place and now in need of my couch being repaired. I got a bid to the tune of $840 for repairs. Do you think she should be responsible for the entire cost, or am I liable for some of it since I didn't get it out of the house in time and the cats continued to pee on it despite my efforts to try and cover it up, or because it's my property?

I am just curious because I fear she won't come through with the money and will stick me with the whole cost due to lack of responsibility and if I have to take it to small claims court, I want to know as to how they might look at individual ownership of the issue.

I followed all the instructions as to how to basically wipe out the background of an image. I added my alpha layer, used the fuzzy selector tool to clear the areas I want clear and it looks fine, til I open it up and realize that it didn't get rid of the background and make it clear, it just made it white.

I need my background to be fully clear/gone/transparent, whatever you want to call it. So far all I can seem to manage is to turn it white and it still has little gray marks on it where it looks like the fuzzy selector missed small whisps and dots of the original background which I can't see of course til I've already gone through the trouble of saving it, because of the gray checkered color of the canvas.

Can anyone help remedy my rookie GIMP problems?

I am supposed to fly to northern CA in two weeks for Xmas but I have no picture Id since my license was in my wallet. I am going to the DMV tomorrow to apply for a replacement and will ask for a temporary license which should have my picture on it in black and white. I should be so lucky for it to come in time for my trip; if it doesn't, am I going to have a hard time getting through security?

I have a few other other forms of ID: SS Card, credit card, debit card, insurance. If that will help at all.

I canceled my debit card right away but somehow a transaction still posted to the tune of about $450 to my account when I checked it this morning. It's Sunday so I can't call the bank til tomorrow, but even if I do, will they help me out? Are there any laws that are on my side? I also filed a police report.

I think what I am looking for is a literal list of different fonts I can use, similar to when you pick the font you want to use in Word.

I have a gross looking vein hat runs down my temple next to my eye and then disappears. People have noticed it before thinking I have ink or dirt on my face, and it feels like it gets more noticeable as I get older. I am pretty fair so I am sure that doesn't help either.

I am not looking for someone to tell me to cover it up with makeup, I am looking for the solution to making it either less obvious or go away totally.

Also is there anything I might be doing to make it worse that I should try to curb like stress, or sunlight exposure, or alcohol??

I have the last version made and he doesn't have the light receptor thing on his head so I assume they put it in his eyes but he doesn't seem to react to light or do or say some of the other things the original Furbys do.

Are they different? Does my Furby do the same things and will he eventually react to light and music?
