  • Possible monroe piercing problem..?

I recently got a monroe piercing at a tattoo shop that a friend who had gotten a monroe done recommended. It all seemed to go great, i've been cleaning it and everything but i've noticed a few things and before i start to freak out i wanted to know if anyone had a similar problem. The first thing i noticed is that it seems to be at an angle, the back is shifted to the right, the guy who did it pierced it from the outside of my mouth in, could that have been an issue? also they told me to clean it every time i ate anything that wasn't water, im wondering if thats a bit excessive, i was told to brush my teeth, then put an oral medication on the inside, wash the outside with soap then put neosporin on after, every time i eat, so three times a day, wont that much cleaning cause it to heal slower? thanks for the help

  • I think my father may be emotionally abusive.?

My dad has always had anger issues, he will yell and scream about nothing or he will storm off for no apparent reason. I've noticed my mom wont do anything with out thinking about what my father would think, and the once or twice shes done it with out thinking he's gotten mad, if my mom says i can do something many times my father will say i cant, when my moms not around he talks badly about her, he is constantly insulting her side of the family(especially her twin sister), if i get a bad grade im afraid that he's going to get angry with me, when he's gone i feel relieved, if i don't do my chores right he gets angry, my brother is starting to act just like him, i used to have anger issues but ive been working on them with help from friends and family (extended family) he makes my mom and i feel guilty about wanting to go back to see family, and if i forget to do my chores once he makes it seem like i never do them, even though i usually do, i could go on. Am i over reacting or is he emotionally abusive to my family, he is sometimes nice, but those moments are few and far between, if he is emotionally abusive how can i show this to my mom, i don't think she realizes is, and if he were to find out i thought this he would go insane. im 15 so they probably wont believe me, but i think this has gone on long enough, thanks for the help.

  • High School Wardrobe Help?

Ok so I'm going to be a sophomore next year and I don't get a lot of money so I wanted to start buying things now, I'm currently home schooled and I'll be starting at a new school next year. I've never been one to wear stylish or pretty clothes, I used to basically wear tennis shoes, jeans, and a hoodie with a random t-shirt underneath. now my style is definitely more girly. I just am completely lost, I know what stores I want to shop at so you don't have to tell me where to shop, but just some ideas on what I should buy, maybe color suggestions, oh, I'm 5'7" size 4 I have brown eyes and brownish red hair shoulder length and I guess fair skin tone, if this makes any difference. Thanks!

  • organizing a fundraiser?

My friend and I decided that this summer we wanted to help out a charity (or two) our idea is to have a two day event, on day one have a kickball game and on day two have a softball game, three different bracket, one for children, one for teens, and one for adults, would this work, we're not sure about how to get money, should we have people get pledges from people based on how many times they go around the field, or what, and another thing is which charities to help, we're thinking one day benefit the ASPCA, and the other day benefit either the American Red Cross, or To Write Love on Her Arms (suicide prevention/depression awareness i believe). Basically my question is what would we need to do to make this a successful (LEGAL) fund raising event, we are young, we will be 15 at the time of the events, and we have the support of our parents, we also have the location picked out. Basically any information would be greatly appreciated. Sorry about all the information, but we are kinda clueless. Thanks again!

**side note, if this is in the wrong category could you please tell me where this should be posted.

  • What color wouldn't look too fake on me?

I know blonde looks really fake on me because my natural hair color is a medium-dark brown. Right now its black, and its really too dark for me. I know its only january but id like to have a lighter color for the summer, I have really dark brown eyes, and apparently i have a "cool" skin tone, as apposed to a warm one, no idea what it means, but what colors wouldn't look TOO fake, i know it will look fake to some extent. S'il vous plaît et Merci!

  • Teenage skin care routine?

Ok, im 14 and i need help desperately when it comes to skin care. I've tried proactive and that just didn't work. My skin isn't too oily or too dry. I break out in a very specific area, on my chin, under and around the bottom of my nose, and very rarely on my forehead and on my nose. That's it. Currently i use Clean & Clear shine control cleanser in the morning, and a clean & clear antiseptic thing and a clean & clear spot treatment at night, it's not really working. So basically if you can tell me what you use, when, and how often, product names please. and anything to get rid of acne marks, please and thank you

  • Getting a drivers permit in Mississippi?

I'm very confused about getting a permit. I read that you can just go in and take the test and if you're 15 and pass the written and eye exams you get your permit without being required to take drivers ed. Am I correct? Also I heard that you need a signed certificate of attendance from your school, that's my biggest concern because I'm home schooled, would my parents sign something, even though I attend an online independent study high school. Another thing, my for lack of a better title, father is in the military, he were to get stationed somewhere besides Mississippi, or my mom, my brother, and I leave to another state, would I be able to keep my permit and when I turn 16 get my license from that state or have to take drivers ed there and then get my license? I know this is a lot to ask but there is nothing I can find anywhere with details for home schooled kids. Thanks!
