Is there a law in India against a question answer format for examination in chief by way of affidavit ?

When the photocopies of answer papers of a failed candidate reveal that the answers are neither wrong nor inadequate, how does he get justice (particularly if re-evaluation is a mere farce in which a few marks are added just to create an appearance of corrective action).

How does one calculate (0.00053) to the power 1/3 using logs?

Basically I got stuck at 1/3{Bar 4.7243}, since 0.00053 = 5.3 x 10^-4. How do you calculate bar 4 divided by 3?

I noticed that even on flat surfaces, even if the car is stationary, if I pump the brake pedal five or six times quickly the brake pedal stops going down fully and the brakes don't hold! Similarly if I hold the brake pedal down on a slope for some time, the brakes fail. This is quite dangerous for the inmates! Has anyone else experienced this on a sedan or any other vehicle? Why does it happen? How can it be prevented? I noticed that if I release the brake for a few seconds and then press it again, it works properly again. But even a few seconds of failure can be devastating!

Would a heavy or light car would skid more easily on i. a slippery surface ii a slope? Assume both have the same velocity, dimensions, tyres, etc.

In India, if party A has filed a case against party B on a specific issue, can A correspond with B on other issues (that are not sub-judice) but on which A does not agree with B? If the response of B to these new issues is not satisfactory, can A file an additional (separate) suit against B?

I require Integrating sphere and fiber optic connectors for a simple spectrophotometer that I wish to construct for reflectance / absorbance measurements from tiny solid samples (few mm thick). Where can I procure them in Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai elsewhere in India?

If they have to be imported - from which supplier? I am not interested in optical fibers and related kits for electronics.
