Am I missing something?

I told him long distance relationships dont last...he said it would. I was not at all satisfied with the distance....but he just gave up and does not call

1 yr ago I went out with a 54 yr old great guy, when he ask for a kiss I froze. He had been on hunting trip with his pastor and some deacons and he said they told him it was time for hime to move on after his divorce 4 yrs ago. He had been married 28 yrs...she left him for Jesus. I was not sure what state I would be in at that time 4 I was just visiting my hometown. To my surprise I really thought about it and liked him. He took that night as total rejection. Now I felt as though I patience is what I was to do at that time. I am 50 and about 7 yrs ago became a Christian, my past 4 marriages is nothing I am proud of and never told him how many times I had messed up. I had not dated for 4 yrs prior to going out with him and still was in need of forgiving myself. He has said he was dating someone else but, for some reason I don't think so! Do I need to just get over this even though he has been placed in my heart for some reason? Was this just emotional attachment or what? This has been bothering me everyday

This great guy and i met in Florida 3 yrs ago. We have talked 2-3 times a wk since. we live 20 hrs away from one another. I was just getting ot of bad relationship, he understood like a gentleman. last summer he came to visit, we slept in same bed for one wk nothing. i mean nothing! He went back to his home, we made plans to meet in

florida for winter and I was not able to make it. He is seeing no one and has not for 3 yrs. He is a loner, but when he does go out he has a good time. He gets hit on by both sexes and shows same interest in all, when we make plans one of us or both change our minds. We discussed moving in together just as room mates . I have never seen a relationship like this. There is an attraction on both sides but neither will physically make a move. what up with that, we are both in our mid 40's so its not either ones first trip to town.

I was dateing a guy that was supposed to be getting a divorce, they had been seperated for 2 yrs. They had been married for 30 and I went against my gut felling and dated him anyway. Needless to say when she found out about me she wanted him back. She still has not sold her condo, but moved back in eith him. The career I have been in the last 20 yrs has been a realtor. The past 3 yrs I have been getting burnt out and going into another feild will require at least 2-3 yrs of education requirements. Which has the need and most salery.
