Macho, Macho Man

I'm looking up the terms/conditions, bu i figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I'm turning 18 Dec 19. The elections happen less than a month before I turn 18. I don't think it's fair I'm going to have to wait until I'm ~21 to vote for the president I want to choose represent me. So do you have to be 18 to vote?

- I'm going to the dentist tomorrow

- I suffer from panic attacks, but have them under control (ie: I don't end up in the fetal position anymore)

Have you or anybody you know had an experience similar?

-I want to know what to expect

-what kind of sedation did they use, what procedure did you get done, and how did you react?

***Long version/ some background:***

I'm supposed to get a tooth cleaning, they're going to replace the fillings I already have (2-3, I think), put some in, and maybe remove my wisdom teeth. I don't know if this is going to all be on the same day, either.

The last time I was at the dentist, I was young (under twelve years old- I'm 17 now) and suffered OCD. They put fillings in, and I asked not to be sedated, because I thought that it was going to stop my heart. Needles to say, it was a traumatic experience.

I overcame my OCD and would probably go through with letting them numb my mouth/etc.

I have no idea how I'm going to react to tomorrow, though.

In case it matters, I have control over my panic attacks. I still get them, almost every day (if not, mostly every other day...mostly at night, but caffeine often triggers them). I'm not scared of them, though, and when I get them, I usually just ride it out. I don't go into hysterics, and they don't really make me cry anymore. When I get them, I basically just sit around, am on edge, have trouble breathing (I don't really hyperventilate) and have chest pain.

So yeah, I have no idea what to expect.

Any tips/experiences/information/ would be appreciated.

I have two cats (1 long hair and 1 short hair) and my clothes keep getting cat hair on them. Some materials make it so hard to take it off though! (fuzzy/felt-like cloth, to where if I use a lint roller, it's covered from the cloth's fuzz and it barely gets ANYTHING)

I've literately given up. I have like $300 of clothes ruined, though, (mainly sweaters) and I don't wear them because people are always telling me I have cat hair on my clothes. I don't mind these, and I generally don't care to please everybody, but I want to know what people think when they see someone with cat hair all over their clothes.

If you saw cat hair on my sweater would you think the same thing as you would if i would have a stain, or as if I had greasy hair? Or would you just be indifferent about it? I know it sounds dumb, but any answers are appreciated.

How do I train with a Heart Rate monitor if it doesn't have a "target zone" feature?

As in, I can't tell the HR monitor where I want to be (regarding heart-rate)

so

◦ any tips on how to prevent straying from a target HR?

to help panic attacks?

I don't want to have to give it up my whole life!

I want to run tomorrow and I want a long run (15mi), but I have no idea how to lug the 2 liter bottle

I recenty started running/jogging and usually carry a waterbottle with me & end up filling it up (this is on a ~4- 4.5 mile run) but when I pass otter runners/joggers, I notice they don't carry water; they run barehanded or with an iPod clipped on.

I thought hydration was lover important?

What about marathoners?

Or am I just oblivious of something else they do to get water?

What can I do to prevent it from rusting?

It tastes like honey and it wasn't soft bread it was toasted. It wasn't a clrossaint either and it had no filling.

The thought of living to be one hundred or even seventy fills me with doubts. I've always hoped to die young and live no more then 55 years. i might change my mind later, or course, and it's not like im gonna do anything about it but i was just wondering...

my cat drank some of my orange juice and really seem to like it. he's drank less then 1/4 cup though cause i think its bad for him. is it?

i've seen it done and i always thought it was a bad idea. .
