Just Passing Through

I'm speaking to myself here as well so please don't feel offended. But Jesus said, you are neither hot nor cold but lukewarm. I wonder if God is waiting for His Church to become like a blinding white light of heat that is on fire for God with no carnal mindedness or hint of following the ways of the world?

Didn't the scriptures say, in the latter days, I will pour out my spirit upon mankind?

If we are seeking a revival then shouldn't we be repenting and cleaning up our lives?

Do you think God will send us a message that is loud and clear to hold out his hand of mercy to us all before it's too late?

Democrats can't deny their hope for a brighter America has become bankrupt as they are now looking towards 2016 and the next election. This clearly tells me it's been a waisted past 5 years of can kicking and going backwards.

Republicans can't deny the bankruptcy of ideas when all they can do is prop up the "job-creators" while ignoring the middle class and poor. The very back-bone of America has become crippled only to have a rusty knife inserted very deep.

I don't see any forward movement let alone hope or change coming from the political arena so where do we turn now?

Lately, since the sequester has passed I see Democrats discussing the 2016 elections. It seems obvious that they've given up hope that Obama will lead us to the promised land.

I've been watching shows about people hoarding food and weaponry for a post-apocalyptic world called Preppers.

I've been seeing shows about people running to auctions at storage units and selling their possessions off at Pawn shops.

It's as though deep down inside almost everyone's mind they know something horrible this way comes but they just can't put their finger on it.

They want to throw themselves into issues that let themselves get distracted like legalization of marijuana and whatnot...but in the end...there it still is, gnawing and whispering and the words are almost becoming clearer but they just aren't sure.

What do you think is headed our way?

Is it basically just fancy names to fool the people who can't reason and afford to get a college education to understand economics?

Seems to me, the bottom line is, the rich are going to get richer while the middle class will get wiped out and become poor. While the poor continue to get poorer.

What fancy name do you think they'll give for when they claim government is broke and can't give us Social Security or other safety nets to prevent the jobless, elderly and defenseless children from dieing from starvation and heating in the winter?

They can't just come out and tell us how they're screwing us in plain simple terms, otherwise the people would revolt.

What fancy name will they give for the continued destruction of the middle class and America becoming more like a 3rd world country?

He never got to enter the promised land. (Deut. 34:4)

Is it any wonder that he would protest when God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt?

There have been record sales of guns and ammunition in America like never before. Is it possible that society will go insane and we'll start wiping each other out?

As our economy falters and society has a corrupt government setting the example with unjust wars across the globe people are gearing up for a crisis by becoming horders and preppers.

Where will all of this lead us to?

People seem to have an insane notion that they can create a living god out of whatever their foolish heart desires. They even have gone so far as to think they can take a fallen angel and turn Satan into a God.

Doesn't the bible say there is only One God?

Isaiah 34 describes the destruction of earth while the animals are feeding upon the slaughter of mankind.

Could the meek be the animals that inherit the earth?

If you read the book of Jude and look around at Christianity today, it might give you a sense that we are rushing up to the final count down. I believe that Satan has put such a cloak of deception over the eyes of people that they cannot see how close we are coming to the end of the age.

Zechariah 3:2 And the Lord said unto Satan; The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan, even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee. Is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

I imagine if God wants someone to live, then no one will be able to harm them. If God wants someone to die, then no one will be able to save them and over-ride God's will. Though, God moves in mysterious ways and uses people to accomplish His divine will.

Can man over-ride God's will and get Satan to work for man?

Is God just using Satan as He would any other angel at His disposal to accomplish His divine will?

Or do you have a notion that Satan has a free spirit and can come up into heaven if he wants and leave hell when he wants?

I believe the bible explains it very clearly but I'd like to hear others opinions on this.
