What does 'odd tracted' mean?

The original sentence:

More than two thirds of the country's 5000-odd tracted neighbourhoods would have been excluded because the data's just too unreliable.

I'm going to be wearing these shoes for phys-ed and on most days when I'm going to school, anyways. It doesn't matter about the price or anything, just please choose from the first or second shoe. I'm getting orthotics so that means I get the shoes free, but only from select brands.

So grade 8 graduation is soon and I'm looking for places to get a grad dress. I don't really know what dress specifically, but I like above or around knee length. I'm kind of short, 162 cm/ 5 ft 3". I have dark brown hair and eyes, and a light-to-normal skin tone. Any store recommendations in Canada? Thanks for any input :)

Figuratively speaking, when the sky falls, it means British intelligence is being deconstructed. The British civilians didn’t know the danger that was always lurking in the corners because government kept it that way, they “held up the sky” by keeping the nation safe. All the present employees of the spy service were loyal to Britain even when they were being threatened. The entire country was in danger and that’s when the sky crumbled and everything went wrong. Particularly James Bond, when he was in contact with the head of the enemy source.

Is this a good example of foreshadowing in a song? Any way to improve the description?

For example, should I start a sentence with 'A reason' or 'The reason'?

When a = -0.1 and b = -0.2

In Canada the iPod would be $335.74 including tax, and in USA the iPod would be $288.32 including tax, and the difference is $47.42. If I buy it in Canada, I get a 1-year warranty, but if I purchase it in the US, I save $42.47. Which one should I go with?
