my laptop is running poorly, my internet connection is fine my speeds are 22 download speed. upload is just over 6,

ive just backed up all data i needed to a usb stick. i have the recovery cd.

my laptop is fujitsu siemens. esprimo mobile.

running windows vista.

when i go to restart i dont which key to press to bring up the options to go through reset??

basically ive had my 10l tank for a year now. i went and brought a 30l tank yesterday, and set everything up.i was wondering if by adding half tap water with the tap safe treatment. and then add the water from my old tank which has ovbiously all the live bacteria in. plus the filter pads too. will this speed up the cycle process. OR should i just leave the new tank set up and check all level of nitrate nitrite etc after 3-4 days??. i wll be putting in 1=shrimp 1= coryduras. and 5 minnnows.

i only have a 10litre tank, at the moment it has 1 catfish. and 5 minnows. id like to add more, but i fear its too small tank to do so? im not an expert . ive had the tank set up now for 8 months. so can add any more or not? any help im glad off.

i feel im capable of tackling this job. and as ive found out that one of bearings needs replacing. thought i would change the pads and discs too. when i brake there is a vibration feeling on pedal. i know its the front not back through a test i did. so gona change pads discs whilst at it.

just need to know the tools please

i own a clio dci . whats the best and safest way of finding out which bearing needs replacing? if i can do it myself i will.

what would you choose. pocket sprung. coil. or other and tell me why?

hi . im currently with sky, been with them since sept last year. i took the unlimted broardband with free weekend calls plus the sports pack and entertain pack cos it was deal on for the first 6 months. anyways ive only got 3months left of contract. i have still got broadband (which is slow). my weekend calls .and now just the standard tv pack. all this comes to 45 a month!!. ive been searching the web for best deals as i now just want eve and weekend calls. and faster broadband. i no longer want tv package as im going to go freesat instead.

so can anyone suggest or recommend a really good package of broadband plus calls?? thanks in advance

i need to replace the rear brake shoes its 03 plate. i went to local auto shop earlier and theres 3 different types (annoyingly). the guy said ill have to bring a set in. which i cant do. is there anyone who can tell me the exact type i need. as id rather do the job myself then spend over the odds getting garage to do it! no car forums have details either

they are h7 type. the bulbs seem to be very poor unless on main beam, oh before anyone suggests hid conversions or xenon im on a budget of £30 thanks

my parents car have accuired a rather weird fault with there car alarm,

during the winter months everything is fine, once the warmer weather starts to get here (uk)

they tell me the alarm will start going off during the night for no reason. there car is 2005 model.

hi, im curious as to what to do. the timing belt is due a change, car is pug 206 hdi 2.0l.

i had the whole timing belt kit changed at 96,000.including waterpump.

now the car has 127,000.

its due MOT this saturday, the garage i always rely on has told me to get belt changed,

but the ? is will i be ok to get away with just replacing the belt instead of paying out for another kit??

can anyone suggest a healthy routine in which i can get myself fit again!

firstly i dont have the time for gym, plus it costs way too much in my area.

so this is the story. i havent done anything to do with weights or play any kind of sports for about 3 and half years. in that time ive gained a stone and half , im 11st 5 im 5'11 tall

i used to play football twice a week. and do the occasional workout using weights,

that all stopped years ago when i got an injury to both ankles, so i stopped everything in fear i wouldnt be able to pay bills etc.

anyways to cut (long story short)

im expecting my first child in sept. and i wanted to get serious with my body and get into shape ready for its arrival. im hoping that by the time ive reached some sort of physical goal. i wont be so tired and exhausted taking on work and new baby. plus i just really want to be fit again!!

like i said i dont want to join gym,

so tips to get rid off that little bear belly . i used to have 6pack but nomore :(.

id like to be able to take child swimming without the love handles lol.

my cat is 7 months old. for the past week she has been scratching her ears alot. now its to the point where she has a patch of bare skin on back of each ear!. she is an indoor cat. so hasnt picked up anything. any suggestions for what i can use please?
