Is there any free software I can download that helps to find the screen coordinates where objects should appear when programming a video game in C# / XNA?

I find it very inconvenient to always have to calculate everything manually on graphic paper, compensating for the top-left corner of every sprite object.

I have several HD .wmv (Windows media video) files that I need to edit on my Mac in Adobe Premiere Pro. What is the best software to convert the files into an MPEG format without losing quality?

I am not willing to pay for software. Open source free programs are usually what I prefer.

My HP DM4 Laptop has several useless function keys, such as F1 opens the useless HP help assistant.

I do not wan't to disable the feature, I just want to re-program the F1 key to launch a batch file I wrote instead.

I know this is possible by registry changing, but where is the key I must change?

I'm writing a play script, (play takes place in a high-school in USA), and one guy likes to talk in a British accent and pretend he lives in London. He calls his friends mate and stuff like that, but how should he reference a girl of his own age that he is comfortable talking to (a friend in the play) ?

Does he call her Mate, or is that something guys call each other (like how Americans say fella or bro?)

Im in a hotel in Europe that I haven't been to before. It's a nice medium sized 3 star hotel, very clean, and great ratings on trip advisor.

Anyways, I "checked" the beds when I got her yesterday and the mattresses all looked super clean.

But then today, I was looking through the bed sheets again and I noticed a small light-brown colored bug. I caught the bug on a piece of tape when i saw it. It didnt look like it had any blood in it. I only found the one bug, and I didn't notice any other signs of bed bugs. I don't think I have any bites one me.

For size perspective, the bug was probably about 1mm across its body. ( It was a small bug.)

I'm very paranoid about bed bugs all hotels I go to. What should I do??

I am considering getting Skype so I can call my international friends for cheaper rates than what Orange charges for international calls, however, I do not have access to wifi, only Orange 3G.

I've been trying all day to install TeamViewer and Google Chrome on my Ubuntu 12.04 computer. I've tried opening the DEB files in Ubuntu Software center, and installing using the dpkg -i commands in the terminal.

NOTHING HAS WORKED! It always gives me an error message! How do I install this?

Games like Portal 2, etc. Will they run smoothly?

My school put an educational license version of Windows 7 on my HP Mini Netbook. Now I want to sell my netbook, and I can't sell it with the school Windows 7 on it.

I don't have any recovery media. Is there any way to restore the Windows XP Home Edition that the computer came with? It has a Windows XP sticker on the bottom if that helps.
