After deciding i'd like to replace my current, plain ol' nike mesenger bag with of a little more quality, i came across crome and decided i wanted to buy one of their bags, however being in the UK they arn't too common a sight and although there are many pictures on the internet of both, i still can't decide which i want, i don't want the bag to be any smaller than my current one:

even given the many pictures on the internet its hard to tell just how big it will look on me, i have the dimentions of the bags in question and the citizen is slightly bigger than mine in all, but looking at some pictures it looks positivly small, what i need is a picture of either bag, with something that i can compare it against, like a ruler.

I've been looking on the web for a while now for a tunsten carbide peice of fashion jewelry, namley a braclet, there are many websites, offering varying prices for "similar" products, although it seems that there are scathing reviews out there for every website going, i want a high quality peice of jewelry and i want to know where to go, with these reviews critising the quality, and customer service of even the top end (Expensive) websites i'm at a loss, and can ebay/amazon be trusted? your thoughts please

Big fan of the fallout series, although one thing bugs me in the latest instalment

I dont know how many people i speak for; but more than any other type of enemy i like shooting it out with human enemies, and im not talking about lakelurks and such, i mean enemies like super mutants, powder gangers, the great kham etc, now in fallout 3 there seemed no shortage of buildings stuffed with raiders, camps full of super mutants, clearing them out a very fun activity, with the looting and the stealth and what not, but in new vagas this is not the case, i run around the map looking for new places, and 99% of the locations i find either have no meaning at all, like those sacked caravans (maybe they are part of a quest i dont know) or they are buildings or caves full of cazadors/giant ants and other monsters, seriously who want to fight giant ants? where are all the powder ganger infested office buildings or at least a few buildings with human enemies, seems in newvagas the main bases of all these factions are the only places where some fun can be had, anyone else find this? or are there lots of places with human enemies to dispatch that i havnt found yet?

I was just leaving Helios 1 at the back exit after talking to that crazy scientist, "fantastic" when suddenly around 4 dogs attacked me, all had names, and one was called rey, who had a brain on him, also 2 mole rats attacked as well, i was rarther suprised at this mass spawning and was wandering what it was all about, any ideas?

I'm currently writing up a lab report on standing waves and looking at my results theres one thing i cant explain

Why does the frequeny of the 1st fundamental/1st harmonic etc increase as the tension on the string is incresed, looking at the equations i can see why, as if one were to put in a high tension value, the frequency value would also increase, however, im struggling to explain how tension has this effect in the physical world

Im using a Toshiba Satalite C650D

Web browser: I was using interet explorer at the time, but am now using mozilla firefox 3.6.13

I've just got my laptop back from the shop, it had to have its hard drive replaced, heres why

all my problems started when i tried to log into runescape forr the first time on my new laptop, as soon as i hit the "log in" button the browser crashes, everything freezes, the first few times this happened i got sick of waiting for it to go back to normal and simply held the power button to turn off my laptop, this caused by laptop to have problems while booting up, but for the time being my laptop would run normally. With a little more patience i found that waiting 10-15 mins the frozen browser would recover, while doing so i would see a quick glimpse of the lobby, then the screen would revert to the log in screen, and then i could play runescape normally. Eventually howevewer my boot up problems escillated and my laptop then wouldnt start up at all, at which point i sent it in for repairs

So why did this happen? i havnt tried logging into runescape since through fear the same thing will happen again, any ideas what caused this, heres a summery

1: Clicking on the "log in button caused my browser to freeze up for 10 minutes

2: At the moment my browser seemed to recover i catch a slight glimpse of the lobby screen, as if i had been logged in all along, but quickly after, the log in screen appears

3: After the browser had recovered, i enter my log in data again, and can log in absolutly fine, until after i restart my laptop, at which time the problem resurfaces

So, any ideas what happened? i cant understand how just logging into runescape "broke" my laptop :( the people at the shop said it was a hard drive error

Looking for a cheap and cheerfull desktop for menial tasks like surfing the internet playing some browser based games , some downloading and probably making some use of handbrake to convert dvd's, so is this a good deal?

Recently i purchased south park season 10 from amazon, and as i usually do i began the process of using handbrake to encode the episodes so that they play on my ipod, for all but two episodes the encode procces went by smoothly as usual, but for two particular episodes on disk 2 the encode slows to nothing around halfway through the encode, VLC can't play these episodes past the half way mark either, the other three episodes on the same disk encoded just fine, so i'm stumped as to what the problem is

After a while the encoding process will continue but only to create the video ("Mixing this might take a while"), so im left with half a video :(

Any suggestions appreciated

Upon using handbreak to encode "South Park season 10" on DVD so that it can play on my ipod i found that on most of the episodes the encode went smoothly as usual, however with 2 particular episodes handbreak, and my dvd player seems unable to encode/play these episodes past the halfway point, as handbreak is halfway through encoding these episodes the encode simply stops in its tracks and the same on my dvd player the episodes freeze halfway through, why would certain episodes work and other wont, the disks are damaeged perhaps? any ideas/possible solutions would be appreciated

Having recently bought the south park season 1 & 2 DVD boxsets off ebay i was disappointed to find that each and every episode opens with a little introduction from mat and trey, these goofy little introductions aren't all that funny in my opinion and i don't want them on my ipod so i was wandering if the episodes itunes has on offer contain these introductions or if they are just the plain episodes on their own

Having recently transfered the episodes from on of my south park box sets onto itunes using handbreak i noticed that each episode opens with a nice little introduction from matt and Trey, as entertaining as these little spippets may be when i eventually put the episodes onto my ipod i don't want them to be there, i just want the episodes, ive tried altering the "start time" under get info/options, but the episode still starts right at the beggining with the intro, how do i cut out this beggining part?

As the title says the video's are m4v files

my xbox is making a particularly loud sound, not all the time, sometimes i can go a few days without it happening, but once it starts it doesnt stop untill i leave it for a good while

it sounds like the fan is scrapping against something on the inside, it's very loud, loud enough that i have to turn my TV up to hear over it.

any tips on how to fix the problem?
