I would be considered first time home buyer. Need to try to get a home. Tired of renting forever! Does anyone know of any new mortgage deals from the govt?

I need to lose about 30 pounds which came on quickly after I started taking Zoloft. I get extremely hungry at night but do not want to eat anything that will add more weight. Am exercising 3-4 times a week at Curves and trying to watch what I eat.

I have been dating my bf for about 10 months. He was separated at the time we met. (but still under the same roof, waiting on the divorce to be final) All the while he was trying to help her get a place of her own and get situated. Well, the divorce has been final for 4 months now. She just moved out finally!! The problem is, she still uses excuses for keeping the key, saying she needs to use his internet, get a few more of her things, etc etc (he gave her anything she wanted in the house, but assumed she'd take it all at once on moving day, and not keep dropping by and emptying his shelves every week). She even stopped one morning while him and I were in bed sleeping, just barged right in the front door using her key! It is his house and I don't want to tell him what to do but....duh!! I feel it is time for her to give him his key back..or he change the locks! I do not feel comfortable at his house knowing she could come in at any time, even though he tells his ex that I am going to be there for the weekend or the night. She is so ignorant! What should I do? Break up with him until he gets the key back? I really do love him but on top of it all, she txts him and tries to keep track of him every day and I feel that since they are divorced she should try to move on and find someone. Maybe that's just what I should do? He said he feels "sorry" for her because he divorced her and she needs someone to take care of her. phoooey!! Plz help!

I am the custodial parent... and he paid child support $200 a month for only 5 months last year!! Kids visit him every other weekend (which is hardly 50/50 parenting) Is there any way I can beg the IRS to allow me to claim them or have this reversed? Do I need to go to court? He just did this to take money off of me and the kids. He is always trying to think of ways to get money for his own good but will not pay child support willingly, especially now that he is fired from his job.

the house i rent had the downstairs bedroom wall knocked out to make the LR bigger....and I need that xtra bedroom. Without going to the expense of rebuilding the wall and door frame, door etc., how can I divide the room so that it can be used for a bedroom? the landlord says he can't afford to do it.. ahahahahaha!

I am painting the bottom as there is Country Red Plaid wallpaper on the whole wall and I'd like to break that up a bit with a country red paint around the bottom. How high should the border be to divide the two?

my heart is broken. He just turned 16. He is a wonderful boy, great athlete, who always talked about how much he disliked people who smoke pot...and they were losers.. He is the least likely person that anyone would suspect to do this... we just changed towns and schools (which was his idea and he is happy) due to divorce and I wonder what to do...what should his punishment be? We talked for hours about how he can ruin his life just by being with other people who do it at the same party..should it get busted etc.. not to mention what would happen if HE did it himself. help ?

My friend's wife caught him cheating through his cell phone records only. She never actually caught him WITH anyone like in bed or out dating or anything but he called this girl every day for a few months, 10 to 20 times a day. What will happen to him>?

this house is filthy and the landlord is a single man who obviously doesnt do diddly squat. I need the house for now, so I have to clean it and I want something STRONG to get rid of their germs.

He is making everyone, including his own children miserable. Wines and cries about every little penny and piece of furniture. He has everything already! I just want this over with so everyone can move on. Its best for the kids that way.
