My step brother let my dog out to pee he forgot about him and my mom found him stuck in a neighbors fence down the block it was raining out and he was soaked In water and mud he's a shitzu very small dog he's 3 years old but I brought him in and gave him a warm bath and dryed him with a hair dryer and won't stop shaking its been about 3 hours and he's still shaking he's completely dry and never does this I have him wrapped in two blankets and he's sneezing and sniffling he's also sticking very close to me and he only does this when he doesn't feel good or is scared, should I be concerned and bring him to the vet? He's sad and his tail is up his butt

i NEVER remember my dreams but when i do there always pretty messed up, anyway i had a dream two days ago that i was in a pitch black room and i was sitting in a black chair i couldnt see anything at all i was all alone i couldnt hear anything it was completely pitch black and quiet, but i could see my hands and i was completely soaked in blood from head to toe my entire body hair everything i could see it dripping off of me onto the floor.... then i woke up, can anyone help?

i had an ulcer before but i think i have one again im getting extreme stomach pains and i was puking blood since thursday i cant eat at all everything hurts i been sipping on water i have NO medical insurance im suppose to get a camera put down my throat a biopsy and endoscopy but i dont have medical insurance the pain is a 10 in maximum pain if i go to the emergency room right now will they be able to give me something to ease the pain?
