We've all seen them. Parents trying to be unique and different, therefore making the name trendy and tacky, change a vowel in the name to a "y". Today I was in a daycare and one boy's name is Patryck. I was astounded and annoyed. The boy will have to go his whole life not being taken seriously because his parents can't even spell his name. Another boy at my school (a junior) name is Austyn. Again I was annoyed. What is our world coming to? I feel as a lover of classic names my future children will stand out in a class with the name Charlotte or Victoria or James, with friends like Danyelle or Adylaide. Am I the only one who feels this way?

I need to know what type of figurative language this is, if it is any at all.

I think I might possibly have a mild potato allergy. Whenever I have to peel potatoes my face gets really itchy. It really only happens when I'm holding a potato. When I eat any type of potato I'm fine. Does this sound like an allergy?

Ok so I'm in high school and I might like 3 guys at the same time. Yeah I know, it's a lot. The first guy, M is cute and has gorgeous eyes. He's nice to me sometimes, but messes with me a lot. I'm not really sure if I like him but I feel sad when he doesn't talk to me.

The second guy A is really sweet and a good friend. He's not that cute but he's really nice. I don't want to like him because he likes my friend and I really think they would be good together. I just keep thinking about him and wanting to text him all the time.

The last guy B is nice. But ugly. He's really nerdy and somewhat boring in person. But when I'm texting him i feel like in love with him. He's the most confusing out of the three. He's also not over his last, and first, girl friend.

What should I do? Does it seem like I really like any of these guys? And does it seem like they like me?

Hi I'm 14 and I spend most of my summer at the pool and beach. My dad thinks bikinis are too skimpy and won't let me get one. I love bikinis, but dislike tankinis. I have seen girls my age wearing a bathing suit that covers more than a bikini, but less than a tankini. Does anyone know where I can find those? Please help!

Ok well there is this guy that i "liked" for almost a year. All my friends think he is a jerk and that he is annoying. He found out that i "liked" him and he said i was ugly, annoying and obnoxious. It CRUSHED me and i was like depressed for weeks. My friends told me i needed to get over him. I've tried so hard but i just can't get over him. I've told my friends i'm over him but i'm nowhere close to being over him. I've tried to tell them I still "like" him but they just start being rude about him again and tell me i need to get over him. So I feel like I'm lying to them and I really don't want to be. I want to talk to them but I just can't. Should I talk to them or get over him?
