I'm not talking about an 80 or 90 degree day when it's not that bad if you're on the highway. But I'm talking about 100 degree days where it's just plain hot and nasty outside. On days like that practically everyone that has a car with working A/C has the windows up and the A/C cranked on. But then you see many black people sweating their b u tts off with the air turned off. I'm not talking hoopty cars either. I see this in Cadillacs, Lexus, Lincolns, etc. is it to save on gas, or what? I'd gladly give up a mile or two per gallon for personal comfort on a hot day.

Note that I said many, not all. So tuck away the race card....I'm not trying to bait people for africa jungle heat jokes and what not either.

The US seems to pump billions upon billions of our tax dollars overseas for foreign aid. Did any countries give foreign aid to help us rebuild New Orleans, or other catastrophes we have had?

I know the Haiti thing is horrible and nothing any country can realistically plan for. The ones that get me are the countries that don't have sufficient resources to support the size of their population....and they keep cranking out the kids. Almost like the welfare mom with 6 kids....but on a much larger scale.

I want to hear from the GUYS and get their opinion, not the ladies. Otherwise all you hear are the inked up chicks defending their decision.

First off, I didn't say ALL black people. Just that many of them tend to be loud and pissed off at the world. They beg for a reason for the cops to get physical with them, so then they can flip on the camera phones and tape what happened AFTER they were being disorderly. In restaurants and other public places they are super loud compared to other tables...and oh god don't you dare ask them to keep it down because then they will flip the script on you and make it all about them. Many are so quick to play the race card because they know that non blacks will just be like hey whatever have it your way....just shut up and quit whining about it already. I don't want to hear that crap about "I am black or my black friends aren't loud", because you know what I'm talking about. We all have seen it.

I've lived in Seattle, Minneapolis, Florida, Fresno, and since I moved to San Diego a few years back I have seen some of the worst driving ever:

1. When a lane ends and it's merging, the drivers here wait until the very last second and force their way into traffic, vice finding an opening BEFORE the lane ends and signaling your way in so everyone behind you doesn't have to tap the brakes.

2. Drivers cut across mulitple lanes of traffic to cut in front of others and take an exit at the last second, vice waiting in the exit lane like everyone else was.

3. Oh here's one...you're waiting to turn right onto a major road. There is oncoming traffic so you wait...only to find out the car approaching was going to turn right all along, but not courteous enough to use his blinker.

4. Oh and the doozy...it's rush hour, slow and go traffic, and you have these boneheads that keep changing lanes all over the place thinking this will get them to their destination faster...all it does is make everyone behind them tap their brakes and cause a huge domino effect.

5. You're at the store, and you're backing out of your parking spot. But everyone keeps driving right on by like they are a runaway locomotive and no common courtesy to let you back out.

6. You go to pass a car ahead of you. So they see you going to pass, so they speed up to block you.

SoCal drivers in general are all about offensive driving that benefits them and not defensive driving that makes the road safe for everyone. Maybe some of it has to do with the mexican drivers that come up here with their bad driving habits and it rubs off on others....I dunno...

Every time I see that stupid Digger on FOX, I want to throw something at the TV. I highly doubt the kids flock to the TV to see this stupid rodent. Give it up already, FOX!!!

I think it's a no-brainer, but you never know....

For the last several years, I've had a Capital One CC with a fixed 0.9% APR. I know it has been a dream credit card, but I have outstanding credit. So just the other day I get this notice in the mail that I will soon be getting a new "default rate" of 29.4%. I have always paid well ahead of the due dates and made more than minimum payments, if not all of the monthly balances? So what's the deal? Has anyone else received this BS? It's as if they are trying to screw over their most loyal customers to make some extra cash. I'm paying these bozos off and good riddance! I could see, okay times are tough and we need to bump things up to 7 or 9 percent, but this is over 30x an increase.
